   Went into Suit Direct as I am looking for a new professional wardrobe. Having been in suit shops before, you would expect for a member of the team to come and ask if you need any assistance. I had lots of questions about measurements and styles and materials, however the two people at the counter weren't interested in speaking to me and just chatted to each other. It can be off-putting sometimes in other shops when you get asked if you need help, but you expect it in a suit stop. I ended up asking for help, the the gentleman didn't really engage with me and ask what I was after. Just showed me the price and went back to the counter. So I left. Also it stank of eggs in there, whicj was off-putting.

   It can be intimidating buying a suit and not know where to start or what to look for to piece together your perfect fit, especially as a woman. Wisky at suit direct Cribbs causeway made this a painless and pleasant experience which I am very much grateful for. She is kind, straight to the point, helpful and very friendly.    I had very delightful experience at the store with the store manager, Ash. She was very profesional, and helpful with me, as I needed her full attention to get a suit for the wedding of my best friend back in Barcelona. Ash make my day, and now I am here, to say, she is so good and an incredible woman, her customer service is hight quality.

   I brought a suit, shirt and shoes just before Christmas for my works Christmas party, I'm 42 and not great at fashion but Riley came to my aid and helped me pick my hole outfit and gave me great advice, thank you Riley for your amazing help. Ps I'm sorry the young lady who I'm assuming is your supervisor/ manager was degrading you and telling you to come into work on your day off to learn a particular task in front off customers, very unprofessional off her.
