“I have recently purchased TH trainers from The Tommy Hilfiger shop at Cribbs Causway and I must say that all the sales people and the Manageress were great. Very welcoming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the service I received was definitely 5 star. It makes me want to go back there. Sorry John Lewis who also sell Tommy Hilfiger clothes. “I visited the store with my work shoes which had for some bizar reason sharp points coming through the material at both heels. This created discomfort on a long shift and I needed to put plasters on them and my socks also got holes because of it. I was told that this was possibly a factory fault and it was changed without any issues. Excellent service and after care. Will definitely continue purchasing my work shoes from there again.”

“I'm very sorry I didn't catch the name of the lady working here today with the short blonde hair. But she went absolutely above and beyond to help me on my visit. I was looking for swimwear for my upcoming holiday however they had taken all swimwear off display and put out back due to the time of year. However without hesitation she offered to go and get me a few samples and sizes from the back to try on. She came back with so many and even went to get me different sizes and colours whilst I was in the changing rooms! Never have I experienced such amazing customer service. This lady deserves an award! I ended up buying 7 items that I wouldn't have even known existed had it not been for her. She is an absolute credit to the store and the staff and clearly holds excellent customer service high in her priorities! Thankyou very very much, this 5 star review is specifically for you! “Very nice refit – all sleek, modern, and smelling faintly of middle-class ambition. It’s like they gave the place a spa day and now it’s feeling itself. Staff? Genuinely lovely. The kind that smile at you like they don’t immediately want to go home, which in retail is basically sainthood. The food hall’s looking fresh – proper glow-up. Great fruit selection too. The kind of grapes that come in unnecessarily aerodynamic packaging and look like they’ve never known a bruised day in their life. Shoutout to the water aisle. Yes, water. Apparently you can now get “volcanically filtered glacier mist” from a bottle that costs more than lunch. If your self-esteem ever gets too high, just check the price of M&S’s premium hydration and get humbled real quick. Overall, it’s giving: “we’ve got standards and a loyalty card.” Would recommend, just maybe bring a small loan for the fancy bits.”

“Large well laid out store. This has the best selection of mens clothing in the Mall in my opinion. Friendly staff great disabled access wide isles, just for your info the customer lift is at the back of the store, but it's large and easy to use.”

“This is a quirky little shop with so many different things .. like a mini department store. They have clothes, small items of furniture, bags, matches, key rings, glasses .. so many things .. and lots of them are really nice. We found some brilliant fathers day cards too. It's a great place to find an unusual present for someone.”

Staff are always really friendly and helpful without being pushy, bought a warm waterproof jacket recently that I'm really happy with, and today bought a pair of Northridge walking boot/trainers. A really nice chap called Ollie was there to assist me, I really appreciated his laid back helpful manner. But really nothing out of the ordinary for go outdoors, as their staff are always really cool I think. All in all a great shop, great discounts, well worth investing the £5 for a discount card. Well worth checking them out as they are only getting better and better.”

“what a lovely experience at this joules!! i had a bit of christmas money to spend, and i’d seen that there was a sale on quite a few joules items over the xmas period. i’d spotted some joules rugby shirts/jumpers that i liked recently but couldn’t afford them. i was really happy to see a good £30 off most items, so i thought i’d treat myself. so happy with my new rugby shirt!! some lovely clothes in here and the staff were chatty and helpful. i love joules clothes and will hopefully return for more soon x”
