“Compared to many places they have a good selection of Toys , of course you can not find every toy in the world in one place , but here there are lots and lots of Toys. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I can understand why people are frustrated with Smyths not answering every phone call , but staff are busy with serving the walk in customers. Prices aren't that cheap but again not that ex pensive when compared with the online prices.”

“Great shop, plenty of great bargains. Staff are always really friendly and helpful without being pushy, bought a warm waterproof jacket recently that I'm really happy with, and today bought a pair of Northridge walking boot/trainers. A really nice chap called Ollie was there to assist me, I really appreciated his laid back helpful manner. But really nothing out of the ordinary for go outdoors, as their staff are always really cool I think. All in all a great shop, great discounts, well worth investing the £5 for a discount card. Well worth checking them out as they are only getting better and better.”

I was here before and the shop was a really mess know when the renovation was done the shop it’s really nice and you can found everything what you’re looking for. I haven’t been there for a long time but now have one of the staff says from November. The shop is looking very organized and you can found everything what you looking for the better price. “Had to pop back to Halfords at Cribbs Causway to get a new Battery fitted. It was a Saturday and I expected a long wait but 10 minutes later it was being done by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable Member of the Team there who are all really nice too. Batteries these days are not as simple to fit as they used to be and You HAVE to get the right one for Your car.Mine has Stop/Start and May have needed pairing to the Car which You cannot do Yourself,Which They check and do for You if needed. As I am a Member of the Halfords Club I got a discount on the cost of the Battery and a free fitting saving Me £30.(I get a free MOT too ! ) So all in all a good choice and I would not hesitate to recommend.”
