Nothing was too much trouble and the service I received was definitely 5 star. It makes me want to go back there. Sorry John Lewis who also sell Tommy Hilfiger clothes. “I want to thank the Build a Bear staff for a lovely experience. I'm autistic, and Bluey is one of my special interests. When BaB announced a Bluey line, I was really excited, but a bit worried about going in to the shop- I'm a bit too old to like Bluey really, and was worried I might get some funny looks. I ordered my Muffin plushie as a click and collect as a bit of an experiment to see if I thought I could handle going in to the shop to make a bear. I was in and out in 5 minutes flat, staff were quick to ask if I needed anything, speedy, and very helpful. I went home very happy, and with a lovely Muffin plushie. I went back a few weeks later to make my Bluey and Bingo bears. I was quite worried, so decided to go a bit later in the day in the hopes that the store would be a bit quieter (I went on a weeknight, at about 7pm, and there were only one or two other people in the shop). I wore my sunflower lanyard, so a member of staff came over and quietly asked if they could help me with anything. They explained the whole process to me, and pointed out all the different stations so I could go at my own pace in the right order. I assume staff have to ask quite a few questions about add-ons and extras, but I really appreciated that nobody pushed me when I said no, I'd just like the bears. Staff were very patient with me, making sure I was 100% happy with each bear before I moved on, and asking questions about which parts of the experience I'd like to do and any bits I'd like to skip. The whole process was very smooth and easy. I now have three lovely Bluey plushies that will be treasured for a long time to come. Thank you very much to all the staff; my experience was so much less stressful than I was expecting, and you have made a big Bluey fan very happy indeed ❤️”

“We went into cribbs to exchange some new balance. We were served by George or Georgia. Whilst being served we were rudely interrupted by an incredibly rude irate woman. Thought the member of staff dealt with the matter extremely well and was very professional. Impressed with the service. Thanks”

“Very nice refit – all sleek, modern, and smelling faintly of middle-class ambition. It’s like they gave the place a spa day and now it’s feeling itself. Staff? Genuinely lovely. The kind that smile at you like they don’t immediately want to go home, which in retail is basically sainthood. The food hall’s looking fresh – proper glow-up. Great fruit selection too. The kind of grapes that come in unnecessarily aerodynamic packaging and look like they’ve never known a bruised day in their life. Shoutout to the water aisle. Yes, water. Apparently you can now get “volcanically filtered glacier mist” from a bottle that costs more than lunch. If your self-esteem ever gets too high, just check the price of M&S’s premium hydration and get humbled real quick. Overall, it’s giving: “we’ve got standards and a loyalty card.” Would recommend, just maybe bring a small loan for the fancy bits.”

“Large well laid out store. This has the best selection of mens clothing in the Mall in my opinion. Friendly staff great disabled access wide isles, just for your info the customer lift is at the back of the store, but it's large and easy to use.”

“Compared to many places they have a good selection of Toys , of course you can not find every toy in the world in one place , but here there are lots and lots of Toys. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I can understand why people are frustrated with Smyths not answering every phone call , but staff are busy with serving the walk in customers. Prices aren't that cheap but again not that ex pensive when compared with the online prices.”

“what a lovely experience at this joules!! i had a bit of christmas money to spend, and i’d seen that there was a sale on quite a few joules items over the xmas period. i’d spotted some joules rugby shirts/jumpers that i liked recently but couldn’t afford them. i was really happy to see a good £30 off most items, so i thought i’d treat myself. so happy with my new rugby shirt!! some lovely clothes in here and the staff were chatty and helpful. i love joules clothes and will hopefully return for more soon x”
