The service was excellent the waitress with red hair was especially kind and attentive, really making sure everything was just right. “Westlec recently sorted out a wiring problem with the rear camera on my Jaguar, and the whole process from booking in the car, to dropping it off, then picking it up was pretty much flawless. Efficient, personable, professional and knowledgeable. And good value - fixing the problem for a quarter of the price a dealer had tentatively suggested. Highly recommended.”

The Pharmacist, I think his name is Matthew, us probably the most helpful, kindest Pharmacist I have ever come across, in over 40 yrs using pharmacies. A massive difference to the jhoots in stoke gifford attached to the stoke gifford surgery, who I am ecstatic to have left in the dust!, and is, in my the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to surgeries or pharmacies!. Jhoots in Patchway is superb!, and I am so grateful to have found them. Cannot thank Matthew and his staff, who are all equally as helpful as him (I should add!), I feel they are 100% reliable and as helpful as they can be.”

“My little girl is old enough to help me now, but I’ll never fail to be impressed with how the JL cafe staff take care of new mums with babes who need assistance, the elderly etc. Watching the staff today reminded me of the same great service I received five years ago ❤️ Love the My JL rewards card for the occasional free hot drink and am rather fond of this blackberry and mascarpone cake. It’s an easy choice to visit when at Cribbs.”

This created discomfort on a long shift and I needed to put plasters on them and my socks also got holes because of it. I was told that this was possibly a factory fault and it was changed without any issues. Excellent service and after care. Will definitely continue purchasing my work shoes from there again.”

Apparently you can now get “volcanically filtered glacier mist” from a bottle that costs more than lunch. If your self-esteem ever gets too high, just check the price of M&S’s premium hydration and get humbled real quick. Overall, it’s giving: “we’ve got standards and a loyalty card.” Would recommend, just maybe bring a small loan for the fancy bits.”

“I stayed here for work recently, two weekends running. It's the ideal spot. Exactly what you need it to be but above everything else, the staff are unbelievably friendly. They couldn't be more helpful actually and on my return the second week, they remembered me. Particular mention goes to Poppy who is just lovely. She is so good at her job and has a lovely, warm nature. Rachael was a diamond. She was so accommodating when our large party arrived for dinner - all absolutely exhausted from a huge work day - we hadn't made a reservation but she made it work and we were all beyond grateful. Finally to Ben, also in the restaurant. He was just lovely and really warm, friendly and patient. 10/10 for customer service. You made a long work spell away from my family that little bit easier.
