I like M&S but this store is seriously testing my loyalty. Never has my size, in fact if you need a waste bigger than a 42inch then don't bother. As for the assistance at the tills I was seriously taken aback by the attitude when I asked if certain items could be ordered for click and collect. Assistant couldn't have been more dismissive. I understood service was important to M&S, unfortunately not at this store.

As a bloke walking around the store with my other half, the buyers seem to have got their act together over the last year. Sometimes the women's clothes especially, looked like something off a market stall, but now we actually end up buying well made and sensibly priced garments. As a tall man (I'm 6'5") you're pretty well not catered for. The staff say 'go on line...': on line it mostly says 'not available' or the few clothes look like your mother might buy them for you! Cafe used to be OK. Now have to order using McDonald's style touch panels. No thanks.

Very nice refit – all sleek, modern, and smelling faintly of middle-class ambition. It’s like they gave the place a spa day and now it’s feeling itself. Staff? Genuinely lovely. The kind that smile at you like they don’t immediately want to go home, which in retail is basically sainthood. The food hall’s looking fresh – proper glow-up. Great fruit selection too. The kind of grapes that come in unnecessarily aerodynamic packaging and look like they’ve never known a bruised day in their life. Shoutout to the water aisle. Yes, water. Apparently you can now get “volcanically filtered glacier mist” from a bottle that costs more than lunch. If your self-esteem ever gets too high, just check the price of M&S’s premium hydration and get humbled real quick. Overall, it’s giving: “we’ve got standards and a loyalty card.” Would recommend, just maybe bring a small loan for the fancy bits.

Brought a suit from here. Gentleman who worked in the clothing section who helped me out was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in regards to how my suit should fit and look on me. Thank you

Have been to M&S Cribbs Causeway twice in the last two days for Xmas goodies and found the elf helper Chris Thomas so obliging. His knowledge of where each product is located made shopping at the food hall at breeze amongst so many shoppers. He lightened the atmosphere, kept customers from obstructing others, managed the checkout queue efficiently and just made it a very pleasant experience to shop at such a crazy time of the year. He even went as far as fetching items for some customers who were in the queue that they had forgotten and never lost that Xmas spirit of always being merry and bright. Well done.

I stood in marks and Spencer today with my daughter. I looked around and thought. This isn't just any store this is a primark store.!.what has happened to marks . The quality of the women's clothes is terrible. I've been buying clothes here for years. Not any more.

This is a large M&S store at the Mall. It is over 2 floors. The top floor has clothing for women and children. There are 2 fitting rooms on this floor, one for lingerie and one for clothing. There are a few beauty products on sale on this floor. There are toilets along with a restaurant with a few tables. There are 2 entrances for the top floor, one from inside the upper Mall and one from the car park going into the children's clothing section. The lower floor has men's clothing, homewares and the banking/travel money booth. There is also a large grocery shopping, with lots of good produce. There is also a cafe which is open on occasion. The customer service desk is on the lower floor. There are 2 lifts and 4 escalators. The lower ground had 3 entrances, one from the lower Mall and 2 coming from the m&s car park. The staff are always friendly and efficient here. Store is always clean and tidy. Occasionally late in the day the stock levels are very low, so I have struggled to get the food items that I have wanted here, so have had to go elsewhere. But on the whole, it's very good.

This Marks and Spencer is quite massive and for sure you will spend a lot of time looking around. The food hall provides a great range of produces and the entire purchasing process was smooth and unproblematic. (Oh yeah also you don’t have to put a £1 coin inside as they have already unlocked the trollies for you) There were many different aisles and the aisles are really tidy. The café inside the M&S, the food was appetising and flavourful. I highly recommend ordering the jacket potato with beans. It comes with a whole potato, baked beans, with a tangy and succulent coleslaw. Their cakes were also really delicious and decadent, you should really grab a slice if you are going to the café.
