   FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO SAY TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR COMPANY POLICY AS A STUDENT IS VERY HARD TO EARN MONEY AND MY EXPERIENCE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SPECIALLY THE COMPANY POLICY CUSTOMER SERVICE I DON’T CARE HOW NICE THEY ARE. THEY’RE JUST SIMPLY SENT TO ME NO NOT NO NOT EVEN SORRY, THEY ARE PROUD OF ON THERE COMPANY POLICIES One of the worst customer service I have ever a witness, but I’m not blame them because the company Policy are absolutely ridiculous I cannot believe I just bought trainers for my brother and I spent £120. He wore them for one day obviously he don’t like it. Everybody have a different foot fit when I went back to return it even one day they said no your trainers are dirty we can’t take them back because we can’t sell them. Absolutely ridiculous. I cannot believe I spent £120 all gone to waste they don’t care at all about your feeling as I mentioned before I don’t care about the customer service. Their company Policies are absolutely ridiculous. I went to both stores in Bristol.are absolutely ridiculous. Not recommend at all never gonna go again absolutely waste of money if you wanna buy buy own on your risk don’t buy for anybody specially gifts. They’re not gonna return. Trainers is something where you have to wear it then you can understand how comfortable they are but they don’t care at all

   Would not be buying from here again. Bought these skechers from here...still fairly new and barely worn as shown in pics. Told one of the staff there about it and showed him to which his reply was "try superglue". So spend £100 on trainers and might as well make the shoes yourself with superglue....

   I visited the store with my work shoes which had for some bizar reason sharp points coming through the material at both heels. This created discomfort on a long shift and I needed to put plasters on them and my socks also got holes because of it. I was told that this was possibly a factory fault and it was changed without any issues. Excellent service and after care. Will definitely continue purchasing my work shoes from there again.

   Great choice and very comfortable shoes but don't bother if you want waterproof shoes had a pair of their waterproof shoes and they were about as waterproof as a tea bag. Bought their golf shoes and they were the same. They are very comfortable but you can get the same result by purchasing memory foam insoles from Amazon and for far less money

   If I could I would give 0 stars went to Skechers on Tuesday with my 3 years old no one noticed me at all asked for 2 pair of shoes to try for my little one girl behind till brought only one just dropped them and left back behind the till to carry on checking her phone and forgot to bring another one so I left as they weren't keen to help so went somewhere else didn't wnat to interrupt her texting wile I was there I Do apolgies I came in and tried to buy something wrong shop!

   Helpful staff tho not as knowledgeable as Clark's; nice range of kids' shoes and trainers, prices not bad - standard width only and no half sizes. Very pleased with the school shoes and trainers (me and son)

   Nice store, cool ambiance. Had professional and helpful service from the Store Manager when I wanted to purchase a pair of BOBS. He suggested different colours to match my outfits I brought into the shop. He even sold me a mask to help keep me safe.
