   Went to the store today to buy some trainers but got told i cannot use my student discount in there anymore. no idea why but apparently thats changed. i then went online to use my discount, went to checkout and it wouldnt let me pay. what is the point in saying student discount is allowed but wont let it work. what a joke

   Went in to a very busy store and was attended to by a young guy called Joe, he was extremely helpful and polite. These shopping malls are my idea of hell so thank you Joe for making it a pleasant experience for me.

   Staff could all do with an energy drink before they start work they all seemed switched off. Absolutely no customer service at all. It felt like they were avoiding any customer and when eventually we got someone to help I don't think he could be bothered at all.

   15 mins waiting around to buy some trainers, with plans to then buy other stuff too. I appreciate staff being busy, however when they say they will be with you next, as they are currently with another customer, but then disappear, and start serving other customers, that in my book is downright ignorance. To make matters worse when someone eventually states they are going to get the trainers that I requested are then wait a further 10 minutes, clearly somebody got lost in the back store. Anyway, that was enough for me. I just left without buying anything which is disappointing as there would’ve been a sale away of several hundred pounds. I won’t be returning to that store, the staff clearly do not want to be there, even more so the younger the staff are.

   Standard JD. Nothing wrong with the shop. Just the same basic clothes as any other JD with very little personality or uniqueness. Much better sports and clothes shops with more trendy and reasonably priced options

   Good range of merchandise here. Nice they gave exclusive to JD Items as well. Staff seem friendly who are on the shop floor. The shop is clean, tidy and well stocked. Shop is very busy and hard to manoeuvre around with a wheelchair or pushchair. There always seem to be people putting stock out or folding stock, which doesn't help with getting around an already packed store. Takes a long time to buy items at the till as it always seems to be busy, but there will only be 1 or 2 people on the till.
