“Compared to many places they have a good selection of Toys , of course you can not find every toy in the world in one place , but here there are lots and lots of Toys. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I can understand why people are frustrated with Smyths not answering every phone call , but staff are busy with serving the walk in customers. Prices aren't that cheap but again not that ex pensive when compared with the online prices.”

“Great shop, plenty of great bargains. Staff are always really friendly and helpful without being pushy, bought a warm waterproof jacket recently that I'm really happy with, and today bought a pair of Northridge walking boot/trainers. A really nice chap called Ollie was there to assist me, I really appreciated his laid back helpful manner. But really nothing out of the ordinary for go outdoors, as their staff are always really cool I think. All in all a great shop, great discounts, well worth investing the £5 for a discount card. Well worth checking them out as they are only getting better and better.”
