   Worst customer service, glared and stared at us even though they didn’t close for another half hour. Talking badly about us for simply shipping when the shop was open. Then tried to usher us out the shop before it even shut? We were waiting on an employee to sort something out so it made no sense. Wouldn’t go back

   My one star review is because they're policy do not return money but issue a credit slip which you can use only online or in their shop. This should be illegal but as a manager points out to me it is a shop policy and is printed just a front of the tills where you pay

   Went in for a pair of running shoes and Dishu (hope I’ve spelled your name right mate!) was really helpful in recommending me a pair from the three I had done some research on. Lovely guy who knew his stuff.

   Came in today to look for a backpack, they have a lot of items in store - but it's more branded clothing than actual sports wear but whatever. The bags were at the back, fine we go and have a look and no lie children are running riot (bear in mind I'm disabled) and kept running into us (me and my partner) . Two girls who crossed our path who were staff were nice and greeted us but it just felt like a mess in store. It was very busy but it just didn't feel organized. I don't think the store could have done anything else bar asking people to not let their kids run wild and knock people over, it was more like soft play than a store. Also when we got ran into and nearly knocked over, we got scoffed at by the parents. Word of advice if you do need to go in and have additional or accessible needs, don't go in on a Saturday. Even if you're desperate order it for delivery or go on a weekday.

   Very well done. The shop is looking great. I was here before and the shop was a really mess know when the renovation was done the shop it’s really nice and you can found everything what you’re looking for. I haven’t been there for a long time but now have one of the staff says from November. The shop is looking very organized and you can found everything what you looking for the better price. Is not looking like dump anymore. Thanks guys I had a really good shopping experience today. :-):-)
