Popped in with my partner after coming to cribbs to look for a nice simple backpack, nothing gaudy/tacky or covered in big sports logos. Saw the perfect backpack in store, staff said hello and didn't bother us or jump on us whilst we were browsing, super smooth experience in store. Would highly recommend! Super friendly staff :)

AVOID spending £130 on their shoes. They'll look like this within 12 months and nobody in the shop cares enough to do anything about it. They told me to "come in and we'll see what we can do!" only to say "we can't do anything". A waste of time, effort and £130. Timberland used to represent quality, now it seems to be a ripoff like everyone else. Disgusting.
Store sales used worn shoes. Returned home to find the boots filthy, stones in soles and insides worn. No way of returning without going back into store over a hour away. Not even an apology

Not much stock. Wanted to buy shoes or boots but weren't available in size required (size 9 Common?), then decided on a jumper instead but sizes were limited again so, sadly, didn't end up with a purchase. Staff were kind, polite and as helpful as they could be with limited stock.
Bought a pair of shoes, got home realised soles had stones in sole and were dirty, heel was slightly worn down and shoes were creased a little at the front, obviously been worn a few time and returned, they were not new or in new condition.. I Returned them straight away the same day, manager was very rude about it, arrogant, getting very aggressive when I asked why they sold them like that. Excuse given was they were a returned faulty item accidentally put in with the new shoes.SO WERE DONE TALKING NOW SHE SAID, Ok but no need to be arrogant and sarcastic about it, especially when you shouldn’t be reselling them. Was not apologetic at all. More or less didn’t want to know, i guess they did not like the fact they tried to sell on faulty returned items and got caught out, will definitely not shop in this store again as the customer service was terrible and the manager was very rude. Clearly needs to learn how to speak to people as not setting a good example to customers with that attitude and selling returned shoes is not a good look, there was also some other customers in the store at the same time who walked out and said to me outside that they heard her and her attitude was disgusting.
Quality shoes, had more than a few pairs now over the years. Staff pointed me to the discount for the shoes I wanted on there websites and helped me order them through the website. 10/10
