    what a lovely experience at this joules!! i had a bit of christmas money to spend, and i’d seen that there was a sale on quite a few joules items over the xmas period. i’d spotted some joules rugby shirts/jumpers that i liked recently but couldn’t afford them. i was really happy to see a good £30 off most items, so i thought i’d treat myself. so happy with my new rugby shirt!! some lovely clothes in here and the staff were chatty and helpful. i love joules clothes and will hopefully return for more soon x

    On November 2nd, at approximately 6 PM, I made a purchase totalling £300. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was unsatisfactory. I inquired about the possibility of exchanging the item for a different size, but I was informed that I would need to return the item and make a new purchase. When I asked if I could simply change the size without repurchasing, the staff informed me that this was not possible. Additionally, I found the behaviour of both the assistant manager and the cashier to be quite rude.

    One of the staff in this store has amazing customer service went out her way to try and find a purse that I was looking for, unfortunately it was not exactly what I wanted. Very impressed by her lovely nature and helpfulness, an asset to the company.

    Staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried..a credit to the brand!!! I really wanted a pair of dungarees, I wasn't sure what size to buy, the staff said it was a online product but we're so helpful that they went out their way to find the same material in a pair of ordinary jeans so we could work the sizing out for the dungarees...I was blown away by the help I received!! Thanks ladies
