My daughter when she was attending this Nursery years ago received a head injury whilst out walking with the nursery staff. Myself and my wife were not phoned to inform us of the injury. I arrived to collect my daughter and she had a lump the size of a medium sized egg on the RHS of her forehead. They had applied an ice pack. I reported this to the care commission. Thereafter got abuse and ranted at by the owner of the Nursery Rosemary Elliot. There were major short comings re: first Aid and prompt communication to ourselves as parents. Advise going elsewhere there are far better Nurseries.
