   Great cinema, lovely staff. Very clean, comfy seats. Got a great £4.99 ticket offer but please upgrade the ketchup and let us pour our own. Need some Heinz. Great free parking in towers car park right outside- just remember to enter your car registration on the iPad in the cinema

   DO NOT pay for VIP seats, it's pointless! The only very slight difference is a "leather" - not leather - seat, an extra big cup holder & apparently more legroom? I tried it, the legroom is either exactly the same or the difference negligible. Staff clearly could not care less & obviously wanted the place ready to close ASAP with no regard for what customers might want - ie popcorn?! And even when they did source some, it was crap. No air conditioning whatsoever. I'll probably be going elsewhere from now on.

   Good value comfy local cinema HOWEVER just saw plane and the subtitles were obscured by the bottom of the screen. The time before Babylon the house lights didn’t go down at the beginning of the movie and came on and off during!!!!! So annoying . May give a final chance or start going elsewhere!

   The worst cinema I’ve ever been In. There’s a new ticket system meaning that you have to scan your QR code every time you buy something - god forbid you didn’t have a phone and older. Asked for a beer and non of the servers where if she so had to wait for a manager or someone old enough to serve. Once she came she asked to see our tickets again as well as ID. Understand the challenge 25 but I’m 30 and older than her … she then informed us both that if we wanted another beer we would have to bring other ID again, and both come together. When has 2 people ever left mid film to get a beer? Normally one would go for more stuff on a toilet break etc. Wouldn’t she remember us?? Ridiculous. Again I u sweet and the law but staff can’t have any awareness if they can’t remember serving you. Would understand again if the cinemas were busy but there was only 2 showings. 5 stars for avatar 2. 1 star for the experience.

   It was freezing in the foyer but nice and cosy in the cinema room. Really disappointed again as only hot food was hot dogs. The rolls were a bit stale and at £7.00 each they should have been perfect. The staff were lovely but freezing so I really felt for them.

   SOOO cold - I'm not sure there was any heating on at all on a day when it's 3 degrees outside. Seats were SO uncomfortable too + at a ridiculous angle, almost facing ceiling - plus i think my husband's (and many others) were actually broken making it even worse. Not a pleasant experience... definitely Showcase for us next time!

   I visit this cinema most of the time,and I like the build and styling of the place.All the cinema screens are on the second floor,but there is a lift for wheelchair users to access them!My only complaint?A few times,the cinema screening halls,needed a bit more of a clean!
