   I would like to share an appalling experience me and my friend at Cineworld forge today. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with blatant disrespect and hostility for no reason other than the colour of our skin. Our evening, which was meant to be enjoyable, quickly turned into a nightmare. We were subjected to verbal harassment by a staff member who spoke to us in an extremely rude and condescending manner. When my friend attempted to address the situation with another staff member, he was shunned and told he was not allowed to speak to anyone else except her. This directive was not only unreasonable but also felt like an intentional effort to isolate and intimidate us. The situation escalated further when the manager intervened. Instead of addressing our concerns or attempting to understand the situation, the manager unjustly kicked us out of the cinema. We were given no valid reason for this action other than the fact that we are black. This discriminatory treatment was not only humiliating and hurtful but also left us feeling deeply disrespected and unwelcome. To add to the insult, the manager's tone and demeanour were dismissive and aggressive, exacerbating an already distressing situation. We were left standing outside the cinema, bewildered and hurt, having been denied the simple pleasure of watching a film. This experience has left us appalled and extremely disappointed with Cineworld. It is shocking that in this day and age, such blatant racism and discrimination still occur, especially in a public place that should be a welcoming environment for all.

   Very good Cineworld. The biggest draw is the price. £5.50 is good value but the reason it’s cheaper than other locations is because they don’t offer any fancy screens like IMAX and don’t offer recliner seats. I would say the seats are acceptable but you can tell they’ve been there for a long time and if you’re planning on watching a film that’s over 2 hours then you might get uncomfortable. Location is great and the shopping centre has some good restaurants to get a meal beforehand. Staff were really friendly and as with all cineworlds the food provided is extortionate but tasty, especially the popcorn. Screen and sound was very good with a large room that has a lot more seats than some other locations. Overall it’s definitely worth visiting for the great value tickets, just don’t expect luxury seats or a wall to wall screen.

   Extremely rude, dismissive and condescending staff. Just refused entry by some deplorable staff members who were extremely rude to my wife. I had my unlimited card but my wife misplaced hers, they point blank refused her entry. They would not accept her photographic id, any email with corresponding membership number and photograph or the tickets that she had on her phone. My wife is a foreigner and immediately I saw their attitudes change as she started speaking. Absolutely disgusted by the young staff members who would not come to reason and who ultimately spoiled our evening. All this after purchasing items from the kiosk. Money wasted. Don’t use this cinema ever. 3 members of staff stood around and dismissed us without a second thought. Shocking behaviour. Won’t be back.

   (RACIST RUDE STAFF) NEVER go to this Cineworld, the smell of the place and cinema rooms is awful. The seats are extremely old, inclined seats that you end up with back pain after the very not pleasant cinema experience. TINY SCREEN. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the service and staff are very rude, RACIST! nothing compared to the staff in the Silverburn Cineworld or Renfrew street. DO NOT RECOMMEND

   Parking great, available extras like sweets, drinks etc. normal. Screen a little small and a little tired looking but otherwise great will use it again. Huge advantage not going into city centre.

   First time at the Forge Cineworld today (my usual go to being silverburn.) I did not expect to be transported back in time to an old auditorium and foyer... But I loved it! The perfect experience to view "Elvis". An old style cinema, no thrills, but plenty of charm. My only issue was the sound, it only seemed to come at us from the front where the screen was, there was no surround sound like most modern cinemas, so it was a bit hard to work out what some characters were saying, but regardless had a great experience tonight.

   Sadly there was somebody vaping in the cinema and it caused me to have a terrible headache. It is the most inconsiderate shopping mall in the world to allow people to vape where others have to put up with your residue... Eeeewwww ... Maybe it's empty for a reason

   First visit to Parkhead Cineworld and we were pleasantly surprised despite everyone warning us off the area. The foyer was tidy and the staff helpful. The theatre (screen 1) was comfortable, although the screen seemed quite high up, requiring a certain amount of neck-craning, even several rows back. My partner and I were also seated directly under one of the guide lights that stay on during the screening, which seemed brighter than other cinemas. It felt like we were caught in a spotlight. Otherwise, sound and picture were fine and the whole experience was broadly positive. So much for all the naysayers!
