Excellent Service! I needed a police character certificate on an urgent basis. I got an appointment on the next working day and received my certificate the following day. Otherwise, the process usually takes a minimum of 1 to 2 weeks. Mr. Faisal handled the entire process very efficiently, a thorough gentleman. Thank you!
Applying for our little one's passport at the Pakistan Consulate was surprisingly easy. We had heard varied experiences, but the process was straightforward and efficient. The staff were helpful, and the work was completed fast. We were in and out quicker than expected, a relief when with a child. A very positive experience for us.
For me it was a an excellent experience. Everyone was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional at the consulate. I had to get the passport for my newborn and the staff assistance was great. My son got very upset as he thought we we were in a hospital. All staff members came and offered to help. Mr Faisal Syed offered him candies to soothe him, he was very kind to us throughout the process. I can easily say that the service we received at the consulate was much better than most UK government offices. Kudos to the team! Keep up the excellent work.
Very helpful staff who assisted me with my quiry. They were very professional and friendly. They went over and beyond my expectations. I was reluctant to go at first based on previous experiences however I was very please to see that the level of service provided to the general public was extraordinary and they put the public at the heart of they customer service. I would highly recommend if anyone needs help from the Pakistani consultant Glasgow they should not hesitate at all. I made an appointment for my child. Upon arrival I realised that I am 2 hour late. Consulate time for the processing of passport data was closed but still staff entertained me and processed my son's application. It saved another trip from Edinburgh to Glasgow with infant. I can't thank enough staff for such a great service
