   I've been here 3 times in the past few years, and on each occasion have received the same outstanding level of service. The people here are amazing, every visit they treat us like we matter. They really go the extra mile to make what could be a very stressful appointment, easy. The low reviews unfortunately look like they're from people who haven't taken the time to read the rules and follow the simple instructions. Thank you Sopra Steria for 3 wonderful experiences!

   We paid for them to scan our documents and they neglected to upload my bank statements, perhaps the most important document of all!!! We are currently trying to email them to home office ourselves but there is a size limit for attachments making it more difficult. Thank you for nothing.

   Been there twice for wife's visa processing. The security staff was friendly. I want allowed to go inside but I am told staff was helpful and friendly inside too. Its a much quicker service now as you can scan all the documents at home and get them checked before going for your appointment. No long waits or queues and they are open on the weekend too! Location is good and plenty of parking spaces in the streets around.

   Very nice staff although space is very confined and only allows the applicant. You can request to go with family upstairs. If you are going with for example your wife just say that you are the interpreter and they would let you go. Otherwise you have to wait outside the building

   Friendly, helpful, efficient, informative people... from the moment I entered the building, the security guard ensured that I have my appointment letter printout and my passport ready and asked me to come back 10mins just before my appointment time as I was way too early and he showed me where to have my coffee, later he guided me all the way to the office. The office has a lovely view of Glasgow city, all the staff were friendly, gave good and clear instructions and were working on a calm and efficient pace. All my documents were scanned rapidly and returned back. It took me about 35-40mins to get all done. I had a great experience.
