   Coulters were outstanding in helping us through the sale of our home through a really tricky market. Nicky Douglas in particular was phenomenal - I credit Nicky for getting us on the market, to closing, and sold in two weeks despite many challenges. She was meticulous, dedicated, and as much as counsellor as a marketeer. Struan Douglas, Phil Cannon and the rest of the team were all amazing too. We cannot recommend them enough.

Francesca, Jenny and the rest of the team were great, communicated well, provided information at every stage of the sale process, were always there to answer questions and give advice.    Amazing service from everyone we have dealt with at Coulters. From our initial valuation Francesca gave us all advice and support we needed to get our property on the market which was amazing. We were very impressed with the marketing content and the sales dashboard was a great help in keeping updated on the interest in our property. Jenny Carswell acted as our sales advisor keeping us constantly up to date with the sale of our property and provided invaluable advice and insight throughout the process from first viewing to accepting an offer and agreeing move dates. Additionally, we had the pleasure of the rest of the coulters team helping us offer on a new property and arrange viewings and keeping us in the loop every day thanks to you all Christina, Jackie, Heather, Rebecca, Laura, Lindsay, Lucy, Jenny and Lisa! Every detail from the photos, to the viewing schedule, to the handling of the closing date was done professionally, but with a personal, friendly touch. Our agent, Philip Cannon, was always available to us when we had questions, gave us sound advice, and helped us obtain an excellent, fair price. The administrative staff at the office were also helpful, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process.
