   I booked our family holiday to Morocco through Kevin at Barrhead Travel and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He organised everything perfectly for me, my daughter, my brother and his wife, and he handled all the changes to our booking along with my passport issues with so much patience and professionalism. The holiday itself was unbelievable and the hotel we stayed in was unreal. We even received a lovely room upgrade on arrival which made the trip feel even more special. Kevin made the whole experience completely stress free and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service. I will definitely be booking my next holiday with him. Highly recommend Kevin at Barrhead Travel Cameron Toll for anyone wanting a smooth, well organised and memorable holiday!

   Had a fantastic trip to Paris with the help of Barrhead Travel! Stayed at the Dream Castle Hotel — great amenities, delicious breakfast, and the shuttle made getting to Disneyland easy.    My first visit was with a young girl called Amy Ireland who was so helpful. I was there with my husband, my 3 daughters & my 2 grandchildren & it didn't phase Amy at all. We were there to book a family holiday to Florida for July 2024. It was for 9 people 6 adults, 2 children aged 12yrs & 10yrs & a baby that wasn't even born yet but was due in June 2024. Again it did not phase Amy. She was very supportive throughout our visit & she managed to find us a beautiful villa, a 15 seater minibus & booked all our park passes as well. We chose to fly with Virgin airlines & Amy was once again supportive with this because she has flown with virgin airlines & has been on holiday to Florida as well so we were given a lot of useful information from Amy for our holiday. Amy also explained to us via email about how we couldn't book the baby for her flight etc until she was born. Then as soon as our grandchild was born I got in touch with Amy & she went on to sort out everything needed to be done for the baby to be added to our flight manifest & added to the holiday as well. Then throughout us nipping into the travel agents at Cameron Toll nothing was a bother to any of the other members of staff, if we had a question & if Amy wasn't working that day, another member of staff was always happy to help. I really can't say enough about how Amazing everyone was, especially Amy. I also can't thank Amy enough for everything she did for us, to make our family holiday so special. Thank you.    From the moment I had the idea of where I wanted to go on holiday Amy from Barrhead Travel at Cameron Toll made it her mission to make it a reality. She made the booking process so easy, was in contact prior to the holiday taking place and made sure everything was in place and to confirm tours I had booked. The customer service didn’t stop there, one of our tours had to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control and Amy made sure I was informed and refunded. She also checked in after the holiday to make sure we had had a good time. It was an amazing holiday and it was made more enjoyable by knowing we had a reliable point of contact from a reliable company. I only dealt with Amy for my trip but when I arrived at the store there was a happy and welcoming atmosphere and I’d have been happy to create a holiday with anyone there. I have recommended Barrhead Cameron Toll to my aunt who has booked an identical holiday to mine. Thank you Amy Sharon Mackenzie

   I have booked multiple holidays with Pamela at the branch and always found her knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am not the easiest of customers and often advise Pamela of a date and destination and then leave to her expertise to get me the perfect holiday, which time and time again she has done. My family have had fabulous holidays over the last 10yrs through Barrhead and Pamela.

   I was taken care of by Victoria in the Edinburgh branch. Having no idea how to go about booking a holiday myself, I found Victoria to be extremely helpful and informative. She took time to discuss and explain everything to me and made sure I was booking the right holiday for my family's needs and wants.    Poor experience during emergence from COVID. Thankfully did not take their hotel recommendation which on review was rundown. When I had to rearrange my flight due to change in PCR requirements they were very unhelpful. Emirates agreed to waive extra £300 for the changes but Barrhead insisted on payment because of intermediaries involved. Will not be using ever again.

   I was very disappointed with them. We only went on holiday with them to New York for a week. When we got to our hotel, we only had 2 single beds for us, as I have 2 teenage boy's. We needed 3 beds. I ended up with a fold up bed, also the other 2 members of my family ended sharing a double bed, which should have been 2 single beds. We got told if they had changed rooms. They would have been charged. I will not be using barhead travel again. At the hotel we were ment to have a pool. Barhead travel could not be bothered to check to see if it was opened. They didn't even call them. They just checked the website which we could do ourselves.To our disappointment it wasn't. Don't trust them. They say one thing and never gets done. Bad company.

   I went in on my lunch break. No other customers. Straingly quiet. Male staff member was very rude and standoffish - he was busy on the Internet. Obviously couldn't be bothered. You should train your staff better considering you're between 2 other travel agents. I'll use one of those.
