   Used to be ryanair loyal but after booking with jet2 to Prague, that's now changed. 2 cabin bag allowance, friendly jet2 staff, no carnage or changing of gates before even getting on the plane was a joy. The plane wasn't rammed ensuring the wife and I had a chilled, comfortable flight. Costa Coffee on-board as well. Thoroughly enjoyed & can't recommend enough, looking forward to flying again (side note, flying back with ryanair so there'll be a secondary part to this review)

   Always a joy to fly with Jet2. My husband has realised he left his phone on a transfer bus from a hotel to airport in Antalya. He mentioned it to the Jet2 staff member who quickly contacted the bus driver, bus driver checked the bus and returned to the airport with the phone. I cannot remember the name of the Jet2 staff member, this was 10/10/25 23:00 (delayed to 23:50) flight Antalya to Edinburgh. Huge thank you to this wonderful helpful gentleman! Also as we landed the crew let my 8 year old son come and check out the airplane cockpit which was so inspiring! Obviously pilots and air hostesses must have been exhausted after an overnight flight but still were kind enough to dedicate 5 mins to a curious little boy! Thank you to all Jet2 crew!

   Flying from Edinburgh to Malaga jet 2 offered me excellent service from booking the ticket to arrival in Spain there was a variety of food and beverage options for purchase onboard. You can choose from a range of snacks, hot meals, and drinks wide range of duty free available jet 2 staff on the ground and on board are extremely helpful and work hard to make everyone enjoy the experience of flying

   Another great flight from Edinburgh to Fuerteventura, Jet2 back in their location in airport for checking in. Friendly welcome from staff, always welcoming and professional. The usual welcome from cabin crew, we enjoyed pre booked champagne as celebrating our Anniversary. Comfy extra legroom seats. Staff chatty and engaging. Fuerteventura to Edinburgh again, good check in at airport. Pre ordered food, but due to a hic up one meal not available, which was substituted by staff, and was informed to contact customer services to obtain a refund, which i did, and was quickly credited the amount. Looking forward to our next flight in January:)

   The staff only speak English. It doesn't matter if they land or take off in Spain, for example. The service is given exclusively to people who speak English, which in an emergency would be a tremendous problem. It's a shame, on my flight I didn't feel like speaking English and they didn't even understand me to ask for a bottle of water. Pathetic .
