Highly recommend. The guide was fantastic and the views were amazing. We went on the seal pup tour and they were so cute. Boat size is perfect, not too big or small
Really great boat trip, the guide was super knowledgeable and was answering all the questions from the group. The guide is clearly really passionate about what they do on the island and supporting the area and that shows in the the trip. Would highly recommend just watch out of the potential of bird pool lol
What an amazing experience we had. Jess was so good and has amazing knowledge of the area. On the way back we saw some dolphins and The captain went back around so we all see them and spend a bit more time with them, that was very special and they didn’t have to do that.
We took the 1.5 hour trip to Bass island and the Tantallon castle. It was a lot of bird watching, but I had a very good time. The guide seemed very knowledgeable about the birds and other animals and sights on the trip.
My husband booked this tour for us and it was absolutely fantastic! From the start the girl at the front (didn’t get her name) was very sweet and offered to keep the pram in the office while we were on the boat which helped. We boarded onto a very clean and immaculate boat and took our 1 year old into the inside area so that she wasn’t in the sun. Once we started the guide, Richard Yates, told us the safety procedures and then went straight into a very informative and engaging tour. We managed to see seals, jellyfish, and puffins along with the other birds. During the entire time we were getting a fun lesson on biology and history! Everyone who worked there seemed like they really loved what they did and cared about the history and environment. I would definitely recommend!
Linda & Nigel were wonderful hosts as we cruised around The Bass Rock and Craiglieth spotting seals and gannets. Huge thank you for a wonderful trip from us all.
We had an amazing trip, stunning views of the Gannets and feeling very lucky to have seen the puffins so close to the end of July.
We had a brilliant time on a boat trip round Craigleith and Bass Rock. Lovely staff and Linda our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing to see so many seabirds, including puffins, and we were lucky enough to also see seals and dolphins! Having admired Bass Rock from the coast for so long it was pretty special to get so close. A fantastic morning, would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time sailing to the Bass Rock with Sula Boat Trips, from North Berwick. Our grandson was a bit worried when driving to get the boat but gave it an "Infinity out of Ten" score so that says it all. Highly recommend this and not too expensive either.
