One of the worst companies I have ever traveled with. The rules of this company are not exist. For taking your money, they don’t care about anything. If you are a Spanish speaker everything is ok cause everything is on Spanish but for all the other languages please do not take that risk. Guides are not caring about the other nationalities and the experience is really bad and tiring. Just mentioned some videos that I faced on for a 13 hours trip without anyone of the guides give any attention. Also, the food rules of the bus are completely insane. Even if really smelly foods are not permitted, nobody of the guides did anything for protect other people from that madness. I’m not talking about the uncomfortable seats and the old buses that they use. We stopped twice cause driver’s windows got ice. Other companies never had that problem. DO NOT USE THAT COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD !

Value for money tour, was economical than many options. The guide Paulo was very knowledgeable and informed a lot about the history of Scotland and Loch Ness I really enjoy his commentary and music selection. The only drawback was it was very busy which makes sense as the Loch Ness is 600+km from Edinburg so every stop was rushed. I would recommend to go with them if you have limited time if you have time better stay a few days in Scottish highlands the beauty is really enchanting.

Such a nice multilingual tour with live commentary. The best part of this tour is that they accept children of all ages. We had been searching for a tour and no one will take kids under 5. When we called Lochness bus, they said they accept everyone. They had a nice car seat for our toddler. The bus was very comfortable and the tour guide was very knowledgeable.

Great tour! The tour was long but amazing because of all the places we got to visit. Our tour guide, James, was extremely entertaining with the eccentric music and jokes. He was also very knowledgeable about the history and stories surrounding each area! I also would like to mention that there were a lot of technical issues with the audio devices, but James went out of his way to fix them for everyone on the bus. Personally, would've loved more stops around the Highlands but all round, it was a great tour.

Perfect tour to Lochness and back. Absolutely outstanding guide as well, Aleix shared his extensive knowledge of Scottish history over 12 hours of smooth driving through beautiful countryside. Time flew by incredibly fast too, which was a shame in a way because we could tell there were even more stories to hear. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this tour bus enough! From start to finish it was an incredible experience! We booked about a month before travelling and spoke to Sara about severe nut allergies in our 8 person party and everyone was making sure at every step that no other passengers had any nuts on them. They were extremely accommodating with absolutely everything. We had the English tour with Aleix / Aliex (I cannot remember how to spell your name, I'm so sorry!) and he was incredible! He was our driver and tour guide! Valentina was the Italian tour guide and she was lovely and helpful if we had any queries or concerns, too! First off, we felt incredibly safe on the tour bus as Aleix was a very good driver. The journey was smooth and he made sure to slow the tour bus down any time there was something of interest to see as he was explaining the rich history of the Highlands and the Lowlands to us. Aleix explained in great detail with enthusiasm about the history of Scotland and this made the journey that much more fun and interesting! His personality was fun and entertaining and you could tell how passionate he was about Scotland! The entire trip was planned to a T! We departed on time and arrived back in Edinburgh on time too! We had enough time at the bathroom break stops - all of which were chosen to have some sort of fun element to them too such as the cute cows and the whiskey ice cream! The picture spots chosen were breathtaking and ofcourse, Loch Ness was beautiful! This tour made it possible for us to see so many incredible places that we could only have dreamt of seeing! Would highly recommend! Thank you so much Aleix for giving us an incredible experience and memories we will cherish forever! PS. Aleix, your English is pretty flawless! You nailed it and we understood everything you said! Hats off! Best tour guide we have ever had!

We did the Lochness, highlands and Glencoe tour with Lochnessbus.com. First of all, this was the only tour accommodating an infant/toddler which made the tour possible for us. Our tour guide Aleix was exceptional and very knowledgeable at the same time entertaining and witty. Thoroughly enjoyed all the stops on the way to Lochness and you are sure to get plenty of wonderful pictures and memories to cherish for a lifetime. I thouroughly recommend Lochnessbus.com and it's a real bang for the buck.

We had the best time on this tour. I was apprehensive about spending 12 hours - and honestly by 3pm I was pretty sleepy! But it was so worth it!! The highlands are so so stunning!! If you want to see Loch Ness I definitely recommend the boat tour, it’s about £16 I think - bring cash because it’s cash only, your tour guide can hook you up. We sat downstairs for the boat tour and it was really comfy! Took some gorgeous photos and drank some delicious whisky which I really recommend doing. Our tour guide was fantastic, I can’t understand how anyone could have that much energy! I love the way he would tell us stories relevant to the sites we were seeing and then play some lovely Scottish music. It was a really engaging but chill journey. There’s lots to see and stories to hear. William Wallace, Brave Heart, Glencoe Massacre. Absolutely fascinating stuff. We saw some hairy cows, and the seven headed well and the three sisters. Stunning. I travelled as a couple and it seemed like most people did. It wasn’t a particularly sociable tour for solo travellers - most people stuck to themselves but the tour guide was super engaging and available at the stops to take pics and chat, so I don’t think you’ll feel lonely travelling on your own. I wonder whether it’s different in non covid times when being around strangers is chill again. If you’re vulnerable and worried about covid then I don’t super recommend the tour - although it’s totally in line with the government guidelines and I myself felt comfortable. We didn’t need to wear our masks while seated - I mean thank god tbh, 12 hours is a long time - and there weren’t any windows to open other than by the driver. So if that’s something that makes you feel uncomfortable then be aware. I recommend getting there a bit early, and double check with the queue you’re standing with to check you’re with the right group, seems like there’s a couple of tours that leave at a similar time. The pick up place is just on the royal mile at 190 I guess but don’t go down the alley to the lockness bus company itself, the bus is on the road and we meet by the bus. I recommend bringing a travel pillow to support your neck, don’t know why I didn’t think of it!
