Exceptional 3-Day Isle of Skye Tour with Tom Quinn Our 3-day Isle of Skye tour with Tom Quinn was nothing short of outstanding. Tom is an extraordinary storyteller the kind who brings Scotland’s history, myths, and landscapes to life so vividly that you feel fully immersed in every moment. Beyond his incredible knowledge, he is genuinely one of the kindest and most thoughtful guides we’ve ever had. His passion for what he does shines through, and he went above and beyond to make sure every person on the tour felt comfortable, engaged, and taken care of. Tom made this experience unforgettable, and we can’t recommend him highly enough. If you’re booking a tour, do yourself a favor and request Tom. He truly elevates the entire experience absolutely deserving of recognition and a raise

While on our visit to Scotland, we undertook a day tour from Inverness by the Highland Explorer Tours. The visit included a Boat Cruise on the famous river Loch Ness, detailed tour of the Urquhart Castle, see the scenic beauty of Beauly, visit to the Singleton Glen Ord Distillery and finally to the historical Clava Cairns including the Culloden Battlefield and Memorial. Our Tour Guide Torquil who looked impressive in the Scottish traditional attire, kept us enthralled with the historical facts, stories and the music of Scotland. He made the entire tour interesting, informative and thoroughly enjoyable.

We shared a wonderful 3 days with Charlie our guide and driver. She was a delight from start to finish. Her playlist and Humour and incredible stories of Scotland made out trip the best it could be. Not to forget the great people we met and toured with daily. Our hotel experience was excellent and food recommendations from Charlie were 1st class choices. Thank you Charlie.

My daughter and I went on the 3-Day Loch Ness & Isle of Skye Tour from Edinburgh, with Tiegan as our guide and driver. The seats in the van are super comfortable, and the large windows let you really take in the view while Tiegan managed the driving and told us about where we were going, as well as interesting stories and local legends. The countryside is beautiful, and the roads are small and windy, so it was great to have an experienced and safe driver navigating the roads, while we just relaxed and admired the scenery. She drove us along, and we had many chances to stop and hike, get a bite to eat, use the restroom, etc. It was really relaxing and all us riders were able to completely enjoy and appreciate the places we visited without having to worry about travel routes, timing to reach destinations, etc. And there were many stops in the 3 days of the tour! I couldn’t have planned a better tour! It was perfect! Thanks to our wonderful guide, Tiegan! I’m the kind of person who usually plans my own trips out, but I did not know much about Scotland, and the cost of this tour was just a little bit more than if I had booked my own hotel stays for the 2 nights, so we decided to book this tour. I am so glad we did! I highly recommend this tour! I could not have seen or learned anywhere near as much on my own.

Booked the 1 day 'Lough Ness Explorer' Trip and honestly I'm so happy I did. Our tour guide was Greg, the most entertaining and delightful man to have as our leader. He spoke spectacularly and its clear he knows his stuff. I'd recommend this trip as essential for any tourist in Edinburgh as it offers a journey to trump all others. The views of the idyllic highlands are breathtaking and the many well-timed stops just made the travelling all the more feel-good. Booking this means you get to explore the gorgeous Scotland in a relaxing and simple way.

I have just completed their new 6 Day Volunteering Tour on the Isle of Skye. I can't recommend it enough! It was a great group with people from all over the world and we got to meet all the locals on the Sleat Peninsula on the Isle of Skye. Duffy our tour guide was exceptional, and each morning we drove over to the amazing Sleat Community Forest and helped plant trees, build paths and had lovely chats with the locals over tea and cake! Each afternoon we were taken to the sights including castles, the fairy pools and a local whiskey distillery (this is optional if you don't drink and there are lovely walks too). Do give it a try next year!

What an incredible experience. I can’t thank you enough. Louise was funny, kind, knowledgeable, and passionate. This was out first time in Scotland and I cannot wait to return to the Highlands and Isle of Skye. The 3 day tour was phenomenal and I just wish we had more time!

My brothers and I took the 3 day Highlands & Isle of Skye tour. Of course the scenery and history are the true stars of the show. Absolutely stunning views at every moment, in every direction. Our guide Alison did a great job of peppering in interesting commentary without trying to upstage the scenery. Jacobite Steam Train is a must. I know three days is not enough but it truly felt like we had a deep and rich experience of the Highlands in that short time.
