   Private Tours of Scotland developed the perfect itinerary for my 8 day visit to Scotland. I had a list of 7 sites I wanted to visit. I wasn’t able to find a small group tour that covered all the sites. I completed a questionnaire that asked what my interests were. They incorporated them into a personalized itinerary making sure all the sites I wanted to see were included plus a few extras. They recommended hotels and restaurants and made reservations for me. A private chauffeur drove me to all around Scotland. It was like touring with a friend. Highly recommend working with them to create and execute the perfect experience.

   My wife and I submitted our list of “must see attractions” to approximately 5 different private tour companies to celebrate our 35th anniversary. It was Maria’s expertise and patience during the itinerary design process that led us to choose Private Tours of Scotland for our 11 day trip. She really paid attention to every detail that was important to us. After agreeing to the itinerary, Laura became our direct contact. She too was amazing! She took such great care of us. She coordinated all our attractions, tickets, dinner reservations, etc. Every accommodation and meal was elegant and exceptional. We were treated like royalty at every check-in. Laura even orchestrated a wedding vow renewal to surprise my wife. Both her and the celebrant she contracted were absolutely incredible. They handled every detail to ensure the event was a surprise and very special. Lastly our driver Ewen was the ultimate professional. Thanks to him, not even storm Amy could impact our itinerary. We arrived everywhere on time. We quickly looked forward to the surprise bonus stops he added to our itinerary. After exploring Scotland with Ewen, we’re delighted to call him a friend! Of course, Scotland was an enchanting experience and destination. We will forever cherish every moment of it. I believe it’s the people that make the difference. The wonderful people at Private Tours of Scotland are the very best in the business! We would highly recommend using them to design your perfect tour. We would absolutely use them again!!

   We had a tailor made trip to Scotland planned with the help and expertise of Private Tours Scotland. Alasdair was my initial contact arranging the actual trip. He really took into consideration all of my requests and desires for the trip, (which I was designing for my husband’s 60th birthday). It included several whiskey tastings, and a stay in a castle. I was then passed along to Jessica, who meticulously arranged all the details of the trip. This included the transfers from airports, train stations and a driver from a private residence in Manchester to Gatwick airport, tours, restaurant reservations and other points of interest. Finally, we requested a blue badge driver, and Alasdair and Jessica secured one immediately. We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism we were given. I would have no hesitation to use it recommends company!

   This tour company went well beyond expectations. Our tour lasted almost two weeks and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The trip was well planned and executed.
