I booked a holiday to Reykjavik with Osprey and everything was fantastic! The communication between the team and myself was constant and they checked in to make sure things were going great! Stephanie made sure all of my chosen excursions were booked as well as airport transfers, which meant that I didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy my holiday.
