After searching for the right sofa for years we ordered 2 sofas and a carpet. Everyone we dealt with in warehouse, shop, carpet fitters and delivery staff were really helpful and efficient. Our new sofas are stunning and were very good value

Just had a new carpet fitted to my dining room and living room area and am super pleased with both the carpet quality and the fitting. We have used Tyrrells over the years for supplying carpeting, Amtico flooring, furniture etc. and have always found them to give good value for money and customer service second to none. We are happy to support a local family business of this high quality and will certainly use them again
I cannot praise Tyrrells enough for the professionalism they show. Having visited well known large carpet companies who were happy just to make a sale rather than give advice we remembered using Tyrrells in the past. On entering their shop we were spoiled for choice. Having made our choice, without any pressure arrangements were made for one of the Tyrrell brothers to come out to measure up. I had an idea of the orientation I wanted the carpet to lie in but was advised it wouldn’t wear so well, despite it being a good quality carpet, as the pile would not be running in the correct direction. I really appreciated this advice rather than just be sold the carpet. I followed the advice, though I didn’t have to, but am absolutely delighted with how it looks. The carpet fitters arrived on time and have fitted it so well. I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. I’d highly recommend this family business.
My wife and I recently bought flooring for our new home, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish! Staff were very approachable, we were impress with John’s high level of customer experience and understanding. Especially with our unique needs as first-time homeowners, he was straightforward gave us plenty of time to think about and just phone him back when ready. Not like other flooring shop will try and pull something out of nowhere just trying to make a sale. The selection was impressive, with high-quality options at great prices. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to help us choose the perfect style to match our space. Delivery of the material goods was on time and James and his staff were very kind they doubled checked with us everything, they made sure nothing was missed. Our new floors have completely transformed the rooms, and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent service! Been really busy moving in and out not had a chance to take more quality of photos newly flooring I'll make sure to add more.

Excellent customer service from this fantastic company. Would never buy carpets from anywhere else. The company have been very generous at helping us with a carpet for a spare bedroom a ukrainian family coming to stay. Very grateful and appreciative.
This shop had just what was wanted, at very fair prices and with free delivery. Behind the shop was a large carpark virtually empty on a Friday afternoon. There are parking places in front of the shop if you are lucky. Service was friendly and helpful, and this business is recommended for its quality goods.
