Got my kitchen done last month and I just want to say how happy I am with it. The kitchen units are lovely and really well made. Everything went to plan and was completed within 5 days. Very happy customer.

From the start of communications to the completion of the kitchen, Alan and the team were spot on. Going over our many options and ideas coupled with Alan’s experience we designed a bespoke kitchen which we are delighted with. After having a cowboy joiner install our last kitchen just shy of 4 years ago we were extremely nervous trusting another company/fitter however can definitely say that all ran perfect and the fitters were very trustworthy and experienced guys. Our flat is 61 years old. From start to finish our new Kitchen experience was first class thanks to all at the Kitchens Direct. Alistair was very professional in helping us in with the layout, design and products for our new Kitchen. Craig then came out and done the survey and within weeks we we ready for the installation. Ross then arrived, the man who brought the old Kitchen to its now designer finish, a true craftsmen. Ross also laid new flooring throughout the flat which was faultless. I'd also like to thank Ross's team who helped with the installation, great guys and great workers.The place was left immaculate, thanks again guys, much appreciated.
My kitchen was delivered on the 25th of October 2021, i had to help unload it as there was only the van driver. Got off to a bad start, secondly after most of the kitchen was installed the oven cabinet wasn't delivered along with two shelves. The fitter was told the cabinet would be there the next day and nothing appeared, was then told it would be the following Monday and still it never appeared. I have been phoning at least twice a week and keep getting different excuses from the saw is broken, we're moving factory premises, to it was built but it was damaged before they could deliver it and again the saw was broken and now apparently there is an outbreak of covid. The quality of the products are good the fitter has done a great job. I would advise everyone to avoid Kitchens Direct Limited i have been waiting 7 weeks now to get my kitchen completed and i keep getting excuses from them.
Would just like to thank Alan and his amazing team from start to finish. Alan came out measured up and came up with an absolutely beautiful and totally different and unique design and completely different to 3 other major kitchen design company's who only designed a new kitchen to the old original spec. From day 1 from design to completion. i can't thank Alan , jaqui &Geoff from kitchens direct and the fitting team of Andy ,Dave and Des who not only removed the old kitchen but fitted the new kitchen and extras to a very hight standard. I have never experienced a company who are so professional , and helpful even during these difficult times any issues or questions i had we're sorted out immediately. Massive thanks once again to all at kitchen's direct for an amazing kitchen at an amazing price. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use again 5☆ George Before and after pics.
Had a few ups and downs during our experience with kitchens direct a few issues with communication and supplies some of which were understandable due to covid issues. Difficult times but really happy overall with service. Kosha and his work partner who fitted the kitchen were truly remarkable. They were very funny and friendly. They absolutely exceeded our expectations, attention to detail was excellent. They completed the job to a very high standard and i would thoroughly recommend x
I love the kitchen which is in Fijord Green and Halifax Oak, designed and fitted by the helpful people from Kitchens Direct in Hillington. The quality of the design and materials is outstanding. They helped me design the units with a state of the art computer design program. As with all projects design changed over time and they were willing to accomodate my changes. The fitter bent over backwards to get all done before Christmas, just in time for Christmas lunch. To top all of this the price was extremely low compared with other kitchen suppliers. I would definitely recommend them for quality, price and helpfulness.
Overall I would definitely recommend this kitchen place. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Design service was far superior to the chain kitchen places. Alan really listened to my needs and came up with a fantastic design that really worked for me. Process of choosing appliances and colours was easy and the final fit happened on time. They had issues with the appliances but resolved it before it had any impact on me. Fitter was great really friendly and respectful and tidied up reasonably as he went. They had no problem fixing little snagging issues and did so efficiently. Final finish looks really great and fitting was only £100 over what we agreed, which having heard stories of people paying up to £1000 over agreed quotes from other kitchen shops for fit I think I got off lightly. I have seen other reviews saying the customer service isn't great but I think that depends on what you like, they don't call you endlessly which has been my experience with say Wren kitchens but if you get in touch they answer questions promptly. I personally prefer this approach. Would use them again and recommend to friends.
