Having used the company for many cruises was so sad that now experienced all the information is being sent sent by email. You might as well go directly to the cruise line. They told me they were going paper less. But using a Travel agent you want them to do a bit of work. Sending you luggage labels etc. A lot of retired people of people who go on cruises need a service which doesn't involve printing out every bit of information when they don't have a printer. Hope you read this and understand.
