   First time I’ve been to the store and will definitely be my last. Called prior to my visit to make sure I could exchange online orders in store and once I arrived they said I couldn’t, they then didn’t take my return due to the box the shoes were in despite it being the box they were sent in. On top of this the staff was rude & lacked basic customer service skills. Not one apology was given and I have now wasted over an hour of my time.

   Ordered a pair of Nike shox online through the Trowbridge store, said they had them in stock so went ahead and ordered them, got Confirmation email that then said I had to wait 3-4 days for delivery!!!! They were in stock in Trowbridge!!!!! 4 days later still waiting!!!!! tracker saying still at warehouse and now out of stock.... not a happy customer.. this shop is expensive for what u get, very loud and always full of little brats causing trouble!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!
