   Certain staff members are very very rude and make it impossible to get proscriptions on time, I’m not just speaking on my own behalf I know of many people and family members who have had their own issues with getting important medication on time and when they HAVE to go back in a number of times trying to get the same prescription they’ve been spoken to very disrespectfully. It’s not fair we have to deal with this all because people need medication.

   I have nothing but the highest of praise for the ladies of LloydsPharmacy Tranent. That goes for the area manager too. Nice as can be. If there is a problem they can solve it. They set up a delivery for me and that's awesome. If i do go in it's awesome as the ladies are friendly, personable, professional, and bring a smile.

   Due to coronavirus this Pharmacy have fallen behind schedule and meds are late or no delivery driver so I have to call someone to collect my meds as the drs don’t allow over prescription as could lead to an unfortunate situation, otherwise they are amazing safe the includes the actual pharmacist and their staff, cheers Dale

   Truly the worst pharmacy on the face of the planet. They make running a pharmacy look like the most complex thing in the world. I look at the way every other pharmacy I’ve ever used seems to run and I just can’t understand it. I moved to Tranent 9 months ago and I’ve been in several times… they always say they don’t have my prescription and I always have to insist that they do - that either the doctor sent it over or I put it in yesterday and every time they reluctantly walk back and check only to discover it is in fact there. Then it’s an ordeal for them to prepare it and you have to watch them fancying around with their “system” which consists of plastic baskets with loads of prescriptions falling out of them. Someone please come and organise this place and train the team.

   I have been in Lloyds pharmacy in Tranent twice this week trying to organise my husbands prescription and both times the lady who served me barely looked at me or said a word, not even please or thank you. No 'hello' when I approached the counter, and no 'thank you' when she handed me the prescription, literally no effort to interact at all. Once is someone having a bad day, twice is just plain rude.

   Really helpful staff in a time of need. Young newborn baby needing specialist milk that we couldn't access due to missed communication. The pharmacy not only put in an emergency prescription for the item but provided twice the amount asked for. Fantastic people and service.
