   I barely ever write reviews, but I feel like I should, on this occasion. I went in for a Flu jab last week. Everything about this was a bad experience. An unprofessional pharmacist, with a poor attitude to customers and a snide comment about the NHS (inferring laziness on NHS staff), treating people in a messy 'broom cupboard', along with poorly delivered, scary comments about the potential for fainting. Honestly, we mustn't accept these private, money-making services instead of a caring, professional service from our NHS. Not good enough! I left without the jab, and would urge Asda to look at who they have given the contract to (if that's how it works).

   TERRIBLE service from this pharmacy. After going for a female related issue I was made to feel extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable by a MALE who works here. After asking me if I knew my weight and I said no, he looked me up and down, widened his eyes (absolute cheek of it considering this man was EXTREMELY LARGE himself!) then proceeded to tell me he GUESSED my weight rather than doing his job properly and checking it !!

   I will never step foot in this pharmacy ever again. I was made to feel uncomfortable by a male member of staff when requesting medication for a female related issue. Asked too many unnecessary and personal questions. Will never go back.

   Writing this for a friend. Very disappointed to hear my friend was body shamed when requesting emergency contraception. 1 Male staff member was particularly rude & absolutely inconsiderate when making unsolicited comments about my friends body. This should be a service with a safe environment, this is not the case. Please remind staff kindness is free

   If I could rate zero stars, I would. After speaking to the opticians, they recommended seeing the pharmacy around the corner. Whilst filling out a form, one of the pharmacists SLAMMED his hand on the form and spoke to rudely and belittling, and didn’t bother to help. Left feeling startled and uneasy, don’t bother using this service!

   I will give a zero if possible. Horrendous service by the pharmacist today at 7pm. We went for our special need boy who wanted to be seen. We were told 15-20 min before my son could be seen. We waited for a whole hour and pharmacist was trying to seem busy with one person and waited for a call. She never acknowledge the we were waiting for long and completely ignored us. After an hour when we asked how long we need to wait more, she shouted from other room that she can't see anymore patients as she wait for a call!!! Why we were not informed that before? This lady pharmacist seems hugely biased and given over an hour to One patient and asked us to go to another pharmacy. Hope she would get her working ethics reviewed!

   Came here for my liquid paracetamol for my 16 month old who is teething! Told lies about not being able to get it on minor elements, the nhs website says otherwise, then told me it was because it could damage his liver... then said if i bought calpol at a price i could give him as much as i wanted, WHAT!! be very carfull of advice given at this pharmacy

   Edit: Hi Tasha, unfortunately I dont use Twitter nor Facebook. You shouldn't expect all customers to use social media. Kindly pass the feedback to the team yourself. I was suggested to get some saline nasal spray by my midwife. The pharmacist denied "selling me anything" as I'm pregnant and said I needed a prescription... for saline water... horrible customer service.

   Male pharmacist who answered phone was very rude and unhelpful to my query. Tried booking a flu vaccine online but each appointment kept getting cancelled and pharmacist refused to give details why it was cancelled or let me know other days that would be suitable all with sarcastic responses.
