Always can’t find prescriptions & one of the staff members that work behind counter is a dangerous driver

Dreadful service, staff at the Walter Scott branch have been extremely pedantic to point of being obstructive on a couple of occasions, when I have tried to get necessary prescribed medications required for my long term illness. My whole experience with this pharmacy has been very stressful and detrimental to my recovery. Certainly not patient friendly.
I’ve used this pharmacy for quite some time now and I’ve finally reached breaking point with them. I had a prescription marked as urgent on Thursday ( it is not Tuesday ) and they have no record of this even though my GP has confirmed that it got sent off, the pharmacy just never scanned it in. This isn’t the first, second or even third time this pharmacy has lost my family’s prescriptions. Family members with more items often get their entire prescription wrong or missing items. It’s not worth the stress and I will be switching.
Service is terrible, my scripts are often wrong. Stuff goes missing and no one wants to take responsibility. My mum gets deliveries from them and they just leave her stuff outside or with the neighbours, even though they have been told not too! Communication is terrible! Time to find a new pharmacy, even the doctors complain about them!

Great little pharmacy, prescription delivery available. Staff are helpful always willing to have a quick chat. The shop has all the usual small over the counter essentials. Inside there are two private consulting rooms, and the area where the pharmacy staff prepare prescriptions is viewable.
