I’ve had some very awful experiences but some just okay as in getting what I need but 10/10 times they never have the full prescription. I’ve felt with very rude staff and the older lady is very rude in particular. I only come here rarely when I have no choice with a emergency prescription but if I could I would avoid completely

Fab service - had a consultation with the pharmacist who liaised immediately with my doctor and also gave me some items to start using straight away. I feel very fortunate that this is my local pharmacy. Thank you!

Have waited for prescription which was out of stock for a long time. They told me to collect it after the weekend but I couldn’t so called them after two weeks and they still hadn’t order the medication. One particular staff is quite rude and unhelpful over the phone. Only ordered the medication when I asked her about it which shows poor customer service and consideration for people. It’s happened three times where I have had unpleasant experience over the phone so never going back to this pharmacy again which is shame because other people are professional except the one rotten apple.

Typically, the staff is friendly and professional, and I've had only positive interactions with several knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists in the past. However, today’s experience was disappointing. One of the workers, a mature woman with short blonde hair, displayed a lack of customer service skills. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and walked away in the middle of our conversation. When I asked for advice, she simply repeated herself without offering any meaningful assistance. It was clear that I was inconveniencing her, as she did not listen to my description of a mild condition. When the medication I needed was out of stock, she gave a dismissive response again when asked about ordering it, and suggested I try another pharmacy instead. This kind of interaction reflects poorly on your service and wastes the time of your customers.

It's small but has an actual pharmacist on the counter. If you actually need someone who knows about meds, this place is gold

I phoned ahead to check their stock and the person I got was very helpful in checking and confirming what they had. I then visited and received helpful advice and assistance with what I needed. Thank you! In terms of parking, there is plenty of free parking on Liberton Drive itself.

Worst chemist I've ever had to use. The main pharmacist called Simon is one of the most unpleasant people who I have ever met.
