   While the newer members of staff are polite and helpful, the ladies who’ve been there longer are often rude and difficult to deal with. More often than not both my girlfriend and I are treated poorly at this pharmacy. The service itself is poor too, waiting times are frustratingly long, and it seems like they love to blame the GP if anything goes wrong.

   Yet again an item was missing from my prescription. I am surprised they get good reviews, when you question anything there are certain members of staff who let you know that it's not their fault & it must be the surgey's. Staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers, if not they shouldn't be working there.

   Terrible service. If dont lose prescription, take an age. Attitude of staff terrible. Without fail when go in overhear another customer/patient with an issue. After I complained another two customers stopped me outside to share their poor customer experiences. How still in business I don't know. Wife was just in and another terrible customer experience. Did not have ear drops which fair enough but zero interest in explaining process how to get in. Wife went to liberton brae pharmacy and couldn't be more helpful explaining can order in dame day.

   The waiting time is FOREVER!!! this is the third time they have sent me away to come back hours later to fulfill my prescription. even when you come bqck on the time they have given the prescription is not ready.!

   After seeing the shambles at the desk, people waiting well over the time to collect their prescription is quite appalling. Thankfully I don't get my prescriptions sent here. I've only used this chemist to buy products, but I certainly wouldn't use to collect my medication. It seems they take on too many prescriptions they can handle and far too often I've seen people walk out and take their prescription elsewhere because claim either not to have received the prescription or it hasn't been made up yet when they've had ample time. I understand there's strain on the NHS but this chemist just can't keep up with the demand which leads to annoyance and frustration from the customers which is understandable. Major improvement is needed for this particular chemist.

   This chemist has gone right down hill. Some of the staff are rude. Prescriptions take forever, even when sent from the surgery, they are never made up on time. The only time I have seen the queue move quickly is when its lunch time or closing time.

   These guys have a very hard job. Due to the way of the world just know they are run off their feet. It's not their fault that prescriptions are taking so long to be ready to pick up - we have to take into consideration that the deliveries are taking longer to get there and because you very rarely get a docs appointment people are just putting in repeats which gives them more work. I have always found them to be polite and try to help you as much as they can. Let's cut them a bit of slack .
