Worst pharmacy ever. Queue was mounting up and I opted for another one 2 minutes away and got what I needed in 10 minutes. I would let them off if the other reviews had not confirmed this place indeed sucks.
Disgusting service, was even lied to. Missing daily important tablets in only my second repeat prescription at this pharmacy after changing to it. Phoned in and was told that they only fill some items there and others are filled by being sent away, seemed strange but had no reason the disbelieve what I was being told. Was then told my missing tablets were there to be picked up, this being Tuesday morning. I then went in today, Monday after 1700 in way home from work. Waited nearly 15 minutes to get to front of queue, handed a small bag. Thank goodness I opened it before leaving as this was not my missing items from 21 May. I went straight back to counter and said so. Took them long enough to find what I said re missing items was correct. Then stood waiting for nearly 10 minutes more for a bag that I was told nearly a week before was there ready for me. Pharmacist then comes over and says they are out of stock and will have to order in. RAGING. said to him I was told last week that it was ready for me, he said that must have been a mistake!!!! As I was leaving a gentleman who had been and got his script before me was back in saying he was missing something. That and a couple of other folks were told they had run out of items on their 'scripts. Looking at other reviews, this appears to be normal service for this place. Absolutely shocking, especially as mine is a repeat that was sent in plenty time direct from GP, so they should have had stock even if they lied when they said in phone call it was made up waiting on me picking up. Looking for another pharmacy for my repeats as soon as I submit this review
O have used the branch in Piersfield Terrace for years without any problems, but over the ladies 6 months it has been terrible, I rarely get all my medications at one time, and regularly have to back 3 or 4 times to get them. I called in on Saturday to get my arthritis medication, I was told they hadn't received the prescription from my GP. I called the surgery yesterday and was informed that the pharmacy team had closeted it on the 12th May. On going to the chemist this morning, they couldn't find it, they said they they had received and dispensed it, I was offered some to tide me over, a bit of service at last( thank you to the 2 staff remembers today) I was not the only person going through this today!!
I always have really bad experience, more than once I am told to come back the next day as medication is not available, next day I am back and get told again to come back tomorrow... Last experience, handed my prescription and say will be back tomorrow as needed to go to work (couldn't wait for 20min) came back next morning, medication was not ready apparently and will text me to come back later in the afternoon, explained to the staff that how is possible that was told day before that medication was going to be ready in 20min and 24 hours after I get told to come back in the afternoon? They need to work on this because is always the same
Pharmacy is usually great, but today the pharmacist denied my boyfriend the morning after pill and refused to talk to me over the phone. I understand the duty of care which involves speaking to me directly, but I have always done this over the phone, including with that SAME pharmacy. I don’t understand the issue and I am very disappointed
Nice and helpful staff
Staff are always lovely. Know their stuff and if they don't they will find out. Have been a customer here for 25 years and never ever had an issue. Out if stock items will be ordered if you ask. Lovely service.

There is no option to give ZERO stars so had to place one here, this pharmacy need to revamp their system for reliablily and staff should give themselves a shake, (one member even sighed like it was an inconvenience for me to be asking for the urgent meds that took 9 days, I did say sorry is this an inconvenience to you) After many times waiting upto 9 days on this pharmacy ordering direct from the Drs! And many times she would be left in pain for many days with no meds in a covid lockdown environment, (many times I would have to call and go in my car to get the meds, or chase the surgery to ask why the pharmacy did not have the script, one would blame the other), I decided to move my aunt to boots meadowbank, I must say boots has its system well intact, at first it took a bit of sorting out as some meds were 3mthly, some weekly, since June last year, meds have been delivered to the door on a Wednesday afternoon punctual and all is correct, I cannot thank Boots for having such great staff and a great system to help the elderly, this shop needs reporting to the general pharmaceutical council.
very good pharmacy. reasons, I Visit frequently and not once had an issue with any staff in Nuchem. Always very friendly. roughly 80% of the time I am in and out in a minute or 2. (if prescription handed in beforehand) That is how prepared they are, . from my experience 20 minutes is the longest wait usually.. The staff could not be more helpful, And the Pharmacist who is there most days is a naturally nice person who has excellent medical knowledge. She will help you any way possible, once she arranged e an emergency Docs appointment after me asking for her advice and her hearing my symptoms at 530pm,
