One member of the staff is dire. Strange intents, unprofessional, as if trying to discourage my use of their services. Don't think they like CMS prescriptions or is it me ? Good drivers with cheery dispositions.
I had my flu vaccine today and the pharmacist was absolutely fantastic. She was so helpful, friendly, and really put me at ease throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, and the experience was quick and comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone, thank you for making it such a positive experience!
Have just had my Covid and flu vaccine here and cannot praise the whole process too highly. The booking was straight forward and the welcome so professional and friendly. Lucy administered the vaccines so well and I had total confidence in her. This will now be our ‘go to’ pharmacy for our vaccinations. Thank you so much for your exemplary care
Lucy and her colleagues go above and beyond in terms of knowledge, help and patient care. Having used almost every pharmacy in this area of Edinburgh this is definitely best.
Just received my COVID-19 vaccine from Omnicare. The pharmacist Lucy was very knowledgeable, caring and professional. The team were great- very welcoming and shop was well presented. Have had travel vaccines here previously. 10/10 would recommend using them for vaccinations. Thanks again!
Amazing and helpful staff. Very nice and chemist is always on hand And very helpful. On one occasion, they didn't have all the medicine on the prescription and they deliver the rest to my home. Can't fault them.
First time using this pharmacy for proscription and the manager was so rude accused me of being angry because I was asking questions. I asked her what was all that about and she again started raising her voice and told me to find another pharmacy. Have never experienced such rudeness in my life. Will be taken this issue up with head office. After reading previous reviews I can see this is quite normal behaviour for her.
They had 1 of the 4 meds on my sisters prescription, and they took a absolute age to even tell us that. Nil points. This is your whole reason for existing, an utter fail.
The manager is a stuck up bully to patients, and totally unhelpful. Awful company to keep an individual like that in charge.
The service is awful not just in person but on the phone. They state blatent flasehoods then refuse to acknowledge them when called out. Always check what script they give out, I've had several incorrect medications - so many that I always make a point to check that everything is correct before leaving.
