   Really friendly staff had bad experiences at the other pharmacies, but this Swan's good, very friendly. But can get very busy. Which can make me overwhelmed in my autism.Sometimes I feel like i'm waiting there longer than I need to be.Sometimes i'm the only person there and sometimes I can't find my medication.But on the whole, they're a good service and they're really friendly

   They screwed up my Tramadol order 5 times. That's after calling in and confirming relentlessly. Cost me time off work and a lot of stress. Nothing changed. No one cared. No one took responsibility. Different pharmacy has got it right now for a year with no issues.

   I just love this pharmacy, staff are always pleasant, great rapour with customers, always make sure your medication is delivered in time. Don't forget the driving crew who deliver to you at home! Every single driver are excellent and well mannered. .nothing is to much for them always happy to see you.And ask how your doing ,[ life savers chemist and drivers] they do more for you than a gp practice does, not kidding either, you want reliable service? Service with a smile ? Help st anytime? Well excellent news you just found the perfect pharmacy. Thks to all at leith pharmacy and to the drivers too.superb .

   Excellent service, above and beyond. I took my 90 year old disabled mum for her flu and Covid vaccine. The accessibility around the bottom of leith walk is a nightmare. I wasn’t looking forward to trying to get my mum in but Jan (or possibly Jane. Pretty, kind, sandy blonde hair) was so helpful and accommodating and made it a very easy straightforward visit. Thank you.

   AMAZING SERVICE! The staff here are just the best. I have had such an issue getting my medication due to my doctors terrible communication skills. Carol sorted everything out for me and was just such a joy to deal with. Every time I have to go here it's never a bad experience. Thanks for being awesome!

   Used to be a 1st class service. Friendly staff too, but that was then. Now I have to chase every prescription issued for same day. It's the same excuse every time. They always say they haven't received the prescription and Surgery always says they have. Now, my painkiller upped dosage is mostly a day late, and I have to chase it to get it delivered.

   I can say that all staff, especially Anna has been amazing on helping me to get right treatment for my health problem. I can't explain in words how much I appreciate not only their customer service skills but their attitude towards their work. Everyone has been supper welcoming and smiley every time I've been there.
