    Possibly the worst pharmacy in Edinburgh, never got any stock and 9 times out of 10 they have to order it for next day, not really any good when you need your meds, it's been going down hill dramatically

    Please do not use this pharmacy even in an emergency! Their email system 'doesn't work' so no prescriptions that way! Staff were rude and seemed to find it funny that nothing was available. Dismissive, run-down , should not be open.

    Absolutely the worst pharmacy service I have ever had the displeasure to use. Please just close the pharmacy if you can’t run it. It’s a lost of time, every time they have some sort of problem. One time with with my daughter prescription. They ask me go to doctor get written again. only was problem instead 500mg was written 250 mg it was almost 5 o clock. Surgery was closed. I try to explain doctor is shut now but they don’t listen. It was Friday night. Surgery closed Saturday n Sunday. I think they are helpless people work there.
