I’m done with this place. Rude, unhelpful, and unbelievably slow. Hardly ever have my prescription, and tell me over and over to call in a couple of days. But nobody ever answers the phone. Always ask me to write surname and DOB on scraps of paper which go in non-confidential waste. Randomly close all the time. Avoid.
Appallingly run pharmacy. Staff operate with the urgency of slugs and are rude, unhelpful and lie about when prescriptions are ready. I've never once had a smooth experience here - its an absolute shambolic disaster of a place and should be closed down at once.
They knowingly dispensed the wrong quantity of my medication. My prescription was for 28 tablets, they crossed out 28 on the label and changed it to 30 without discussing it with me. They have also lost my prescription, never have items in stock even after having prescription for over a month knowing the date it is due to be collected, and are generally rude.
Male attendant ignored me (no eye contact whatsoever) while playing on his mobile phone even though I was the only customer in the shop. Appalling customer service, I left the chemist and went to Lindsay & Gilmour who, at least, know the abc of customer service. Not recommended.
They should change staffs. Very rude and lazy. I have my prescription and told me it will be next day , even though I need start my medicine that day. Went to Leith Pharmacy and in just less than 15 minutes I was given my Medicine. The only reason I went to Lloyds Pharmacy coz it was closer to my place than crossing the road to go Leith Pharmacy. You’re not busy in Pharmacy , did not even bother to check what’s on my prescription you immediately told me that it will be next day! I wouldn’t really mind if you just told me to wait even for an hour even though an hour to get the medicine is already too long but NEXT DAY!? No wonder you have bad reviews! And I feel the need to add another one bad review. Bad service and Rude Behaviour. Lazy!

pharmacist was really rude to me the Asian guy he was so grumpy and made me feel unwelcome for coming in made me feel awful I have autism and made me feel like I never want to go back there
The assistant that answered the door was clearly stressed out told me no one to open with did not know what time her attitude was clearly off needs to learn how to deliver good customer service
