   They never have the prescriptions ready when they say they will (for example, I call ahead and ask when my perscription will be ready, so I head in after that and they've not even started preparing it), they sometimes lose prescriptions, they don't keep some inhalers in stock which is a concern as that is life-saving medicine, and there are a couple members of staff who are quite rude. Recently I asked if they had just the pessary available rather than the pessary and cream combination pack for thrush, and they looked at me like I had 12 heads and then tried to sell me just the cream. I walked down the street to Boots and within 10 minutes he'd perscribed me just a pessary, for free. Every time I go I am disappointed.

   Just had 3 PCR tests done... Speedy results, back in 30 hours, plenty of time before we had to leave the country... Sure 525 pounds is a lot of money, and you can get the test sent home for only 120 pounds a test, if you know where to look, but i dont mind paying extra, and make sure its done properly...
