Nice friendly staff, Monday to Wednesday are the best days to get your prescription quickly. I would like to thank Kerry, Leslley, Aragan for all their help, they're are so good at their job.
Shocking customer service. Went in today and waited to be served. 2 people before me so when the man in front of me finished the lady ignored me and seved a young girl behind me!! I did say something to her and her mum ( I presume) apologised but they were still served. My turn, and I gave the lady details of the prescription to be picked up. Instead of looking for it, she decided to have a lengthy conversation with her colleague. I walked out
I can not say enough about this pharmacy. Beside Greg's in Penicuik. Staff amazing and helpful. I came to visit my sister in Penicuik and I'm from ireland. I had forgotten to being my prescribed tablets with me and I was a bit panicked I side. I went t other and explained and the gentleman kindly rang my doctor/pharmacy in my local town of moate co westmeath in ireland and arranged for them to send over a prescription. I didn't think it would be possible and he even rang from his own mobile and the shop land line wouldn't connect him. I wish I took their name's also but it was on6th July after 4pm.thank you all again

I popped in late afternoon yesterday, asked to speak to the pharmacist about something which was concerning me. I saw a very pleasant helpful young man who checked out, diagnosed and prescribed medication which has already helped. I can't praise or thank him enough, saved taking up an appointment at the surgery. Well done, wouldn't use any other pharmacy. Update, 2 days on and condition totally cured. Totally happy .
I phoned today on behalf of my 82 year old dad who couldn't leave the house. The lady was so helpful and arranged for his prescription to be delivered to him. Absolutely fabulous service :)
Was in this afternoon 31/07/19 I could not find what I was looking for. So I asked the lady standing behind the counter. The shop was not busy and I wasn't interrupting her doing anything else. I found her quite abrupt and very rude when she was dealing with me . I even apologised for asking a question. I felt like I had put her out The shop did have what I was looking for but I decided to take my money somewhere else, where I might be treated a bit better than an inconvenience
