This chemist as when down hill since it was taken over lossing prescriptions on a number of occasions and then blaming the health centre for lossing it and on one occasion handing me some else medication
This chemist is a joke you hand a prescription in and can't be found a week later they then blame the health centre maybe if the staff weren't out the back yard having a nonsense people might get their prescription
Lack of some basic pain relief stuff and give me a scream not for breastfeeding people Bad experience
I love that they don’t waste time and willing to answer questions about medication been sent to them. I love their services
Very efficient and quick serving chemists. Several Edinburgh chemists have, shall we say, issues. My experience here was very good. Not too busy, and there are plenty of seats to sit and wait. Very pleasantly surprised by M&D.
Definitely the best pharmacy in this area. Staff (not everyone but most of them) very helpful, friendly and with such a great positive attitude

Brilliant wee pharmacy, I've been using it for years now. The staff are always friendly and helpful and have gone above and beyond for myself and my family who also use it. I wont use any other place.
I've been collecting my own and my flatmate's prescription from this pharmacy for a couple of years now. It can be very busy at times though you rarely wait for long to be serviced.
The customer service I receive every time I go into this place is above and beyond. The staff are polite , helpful and always welcome you with a smile. If there is a hold up with prescriptions they always let you know what is happening. Today over the phone there was a mix up with my prescription and the lady on the phone apologized and had it with me within the hour. In this chaotic lockdown these staff definitely deserve a clap on a Thursday evening.
