   Despite living in shirehampton, we visited her just before Christmas to get my sons some new shoes. My 5 year olds feet was measured and we got him some boots for the winter to wear in school snd he absolutely loves it and insists on wearing it all the time when we go out. Our baby's feet was also measured and his first shoes was purchased. They also had good deals so purchased 4 pairs in total. Such a lovely and friendly shop and feels like we are actually shopping in a friend or families shop. We absolutely love the shoes and very good quality. Will definitely go back when we need need shoes.

   went in this place for the first time ever on tuesday 13th may (i haven’t been in portishead for long) and the staff were just absolutely fantastic. i have never been to any other shop or place with the staff as lovely as the ladies there. the customer service is impeccable and the whole experience was just amazing! very friendly and smiley and just great fun to chat with! can’t wait for my next visit

   I bought a fantastic pair of Vibram walking boots from here in the summer of 2022. These boots are so comfortable and well made. If you need to buy a new pair of shoes, my experience of SoleLution is that staff will go above and beyond to help you get that perfect item of footwear. I’ve never bought a higher end style pair of walking boots before, so I’m glad I shopped locally for these- as it really does make the difference to be able to try on in store and to learn more about the different styles. Since buying these boots, my feet have been bone dry on long wet walks and I would recommend SoleLution to anyone needing to make a considered purchase- as they will do their utmost to provide a quality, well-made product.    Great experience. Last minute mum looking for school shoes. Called the Clifton branch with the style name and size. They were very good and quick to confirm that they had one in stock and could hold them for me till the weekend. Wasn't able to collect so called back again and the very kind man on the phone said he would post them for me and would receive them before my son went back to school. I ordered them online straight away and arrived in perfect timing for first day back. This could be the last year for school shoes for my family but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend.

   My wife needed some comfy shoes after her ankle fusion op. She did a lot of research and could only find the shoes she wanted here. The shoes she received were spot on and she is very happy.
