   visited this store recently to buy a pair of shoes. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection. The lady at the cashier provided excellent customer service polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Truly top-notch. However, my experience with the other staff member was less positive. When I asked him questions about certain shoes, he barely looked at me and didn’t seem very helpful. Later, when I asked him to get a pair of shoes from the shelf, he did assist me, but the look on his face clearly showed attitude, as if he didn’t want to help. While he did complete the task, his dismissive behaviour made the interaction uncomfortable. Overall, I’m giving 3 stars. The store itself is great, and the helpful cashier made my visit pleasant, but improving consistency in customer service would make the experience even better.

   Poor customer service. When you are buying shoes, you would expect a little bit of acknowledgement. None was given. Not before purchase and none at the till when buying a pair.. Disappointed
