On 26th August 2024 I bought a pair of shoes and a pair of boots at Pavers Broadmead and would like to commend my Sales Assistant - Jenny. She was so pleasant and helpful and it was was a pleasure to have a conversation with someone who so obviously enjoys her job. I cannot recommend Pavers highly enough and shall definitely be a repeat customer!

The map says the shop closes at 4pm on Sunday. I arrived before 4 and found the shop closed. 2 members of staff were inside and they saw me. I called and they could know it was me calling, they rejected the call. I made a quite long journey today and it was unfair and not professional to see the shop closed before it's closure time. They wasted my time.
