   Staff are friendly, but they only stocked 1 pair of size 6 trainers, despite the range on display. Because of this, I ordered online - be wary, as if you wear the shoes once you can't return.

   Very poor service, my wife brought me a shoe as a gift and I wore once and felt it bit tight, went for an exchange and the Manager refused saying I wore it once and can’t be exchanged. I told them I tried once and felt uncomfortable, she was reluctant saying we can’t sell it again, it is worn out which absolute lie..asked her for an Manager and she said she is the one and asked what is the complaint procedure and said call customer service and not sure if the number eventually gave the number.. will not be back again and not a service is expected

   I have never seen worse service than this branch in my life. I asked for boots, and they took more than 10 minutes to bring it . After that, I asked for another size. I waited more than a 15 minutes , and no one came to me. What is happening is strange.

   Was the first time shopping for shoes to match my suit and Clarks was the perfect store to visit. Clarks was the first shop to go into and we left with the perfect shoes for me. All thanks to Caleb and his extra helpful character. Caleb helped me to get a right measurement for my feet and then choose the right shoes for me. Extremely good customer service and great prices.
