   I went to the sketchers Broadmead yesterday and had really lovely customer service from the two ladies working there. I tried on a lot of different shoes because I had never worn sketchers before and they were really helpful and patient with me and offered advice of alternatives when something didn’t feel right, I bought a pair of shoes but after wearing them for a few hours decided that actually they weren’t the right fit and so went back the same day and asked to switch them with a pair I was deliberating on earlier that day and they were perfect and the ladies were so kind and helpful it was so lovely

   Absolutely disgraceful experience at Skechers. My boyfriend and I bought two pairs of shoes here, purchase that was processed by the supervisor, and when we came back the very next day to return them, we were refused a refund by the very same supervisor named Niamh. She insisted we needed the card receipt, something that Skechers’ own policy does not require. When I checked the official return policy, nowhere does it say a card receipt is mandatory. Instead of helping us, she was petty and dismissive. She even implied we might be trying to commit fraud, saying, “we need to check the digits of the card you paid with”. This was incredibly insulting, especially considering it was the same card, the same people, the same store, just one day later. To make matters worse, the card used doesn’t even display digits, so her excuse made no sense. Her attitude was unprofessional, condescending, and downright rude. Saying “ohhh sorry, you’ll have to come back again” in a smug tone is not customer service, it’s arrogance. I’ve never been treated so badly in a shop. We will never shop at Skechers ever again after this, and I will make sure to share this experience widely, with every single person We know. If this is how customers are treated, especially by a supervisor, then the company clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or loyalty.

   I just bought a new pair of trainers from the Skechers shop in Broadmead, Bristol. First of all I checked over the street in Sports Direct where I normally get them but I thought I should check the Skechers shop for new models etc.. I could get them from SD as they are half of the price (not the same model though) but I ended up getting them from their own shop (although twice as much) but it was worthy it. I was helped by a shop assistant called Minth (sorry if it’s the wrong spelling).. the service provided was what made me buy them from there… very helpful, polite, smiley, attentive, willing to help… absolute great service overall. I miss the days when that type of service was found more frequently. Thank you very much for your help, you’re a star!!!

   Because I did not have any experience of Skeches shoes I explored several outlets, and was overcome by the profusion of shoes and their pricing. So I went into Skechers, Broadmead, Bristol for guidance, where Frederick helped me choose in a very friendly, efficient and professional manner. Highly recommended!

   Warranty for returns invalidated once you wear the shoes... What bloody good is that!? I only know if they are good after wearing them. Walking around the shop is no good, you need at least a 24 hour return policy for brand new expensive shoes.

   Bought some 3 pairs of shoes. Took one pair back not at all worn at all! and told they had been worn. They pointed at some dust on the heal on one shoe so I pulled the shoe on the front in store and got exactly the same mark! We spend loads at sketchers and never returned. Says 45 days return. Not going back ever!

   Honestly, the staff are truly lovely and genuinely so welcoming and supportive, I always feel welcomed to come and look in the store. Finally bought a lovely pair of new shoes and they are so comfy, I can't believe I haven't even bought a pair until now! Truly, the staff really are amazing, and the variety of choices for shoes are always fantastic! I honestly recommend them a lot!
