   Never had such a bad experience in pharmacy. Stuff clearly don't want to help and is incompetent what they should provide! My gp was asking for details of this pharmacy as I've been refused help and had to go to practise. Super rude as well

   Have been using this Pharmacy for 3 years now and ever visit is a delight. Pleasant staff who are always on hand to help and offer any advice. Weather if be dispensing scripts or posting the mail I've always felt the service is great.

   Only pharmacy I would use, prescription are usually immediate with no waiting around. Staff are all local and friendly as well as welcoming. Since the new company took over there have been a few pharmacists, the permanent girl now is really nice and seems to have a nice welcoming attitude and liked by customers which I think is imperative as patients will not feel comfortable having to explain medical history every time a new pharmacist is in place

   Had been today to get Paracetamol for my wee daughter since she’s registered for minor ailments the pharmacist some one new said no I can’t give you as you need to take your daughter to the hospital I said to we had been to Royal infirmary yesterday and the doctor advised to give paracetamol, ipbrufin, inspite of arguing with her about that she said oh it’s my responsibility, if you want you can buy . I don’t mind to pay , but what if a parent can’t afford where will they go . This pharmacist should know a persons genuine needs . Never encountered such a rude person

   I have been using Calder Pharmacy for around 3 months now, from July 2022, having gone through absolute torture with Sighthill Centre Pharmacy.. what a breath of fresh air, to be spoken to as a human, and to be able to ask several medical questions.. I can not recommend Calder Pharmacy enough, thanks so much ☺️

   #RACIST... #RACIST... If you are a foreigner abstain from this pharmacy, the folks working inside are pure RACIST, I hard a terrific experience with my brother in there today. As a Spanish citizen I have NEVER experience such inhuman attitude, I have reported this issue to the authority and waiting for follow-up. RACISMS is no more allowed in our society. It's shame we still have people like this in our world. I have video of the incident recorded and it has been handed over to the police.

   The 3 ladies working in that pharmacy are very rude and unfriendly, the worst is if you are a tourist or from African origin you will regret ever entering that pharmacy, I don't know why they so much hatred towards tourist. It's unbelievable

   Kind friendly female staff...the man however belongs with the Third Reich, insisted on knowing my personal medical details when I told him I was exempt from wearing a mask! When advised that government guidelines state that he has no right to question my reasons, he said he did not care about government guidelines! Just to be clear, government guidelines state the following: "Those exempt under the guidance and regulations do not have to prove their exemption and should not be made to wear a face covering or denied access to places where face coverings are required. We ask for people to be aware of the exemptions and to treat each other with kindness." There's no place for BULLIES in this day and age, especially when dealing with vulnerable members of the public!
