The pharmacist is a wonderful person who helped my wife and me with a problem we had. We were completely lost and didn't speak much English, but he managed to communicate with us and helped us with everything. He was very kind, polite, empathetic, and above all, professional. 10/10

Nice pharmacy, has almost all essentials, always got all my prescriptions in time.

Absolutely appalled by the dangerous and reckless behavior I witnessed from one of this pharmacy’s staff drivers. A gentleman in question, wearing the company polo shirt and driving the company marked vehicle, deliberately sped up while approaching a T-junctionβ€”where he should have stoppedβ€”to cut off a pedestrian who was already crossing the road and just steps from the pavement. It was a blatant disregard for the Highway Code, where pedestrians clearly have the right of way. This kind of attitude behind the wheel is not just irresponsibleβ€”it’s outright dangerous. If staff show this little respect for basic traffic laws and public safety, one cannot help but wonder what other standards are being ignored by the pharmacy as well. Completely unacceptable conduct from a community-facing business, will definitely NOT be a customer here.

Certain staff are very rude and look down on you when you're collecting repeat prescriptions. I am aware its up to my doctor to "approve" the prescription as well but it's been half a week since the repeat prescription forum was sent and it still isn't at the pharmacy, a whole 2 minute walk away from the GP. Both the pharmacy and GP blame each other for why it isn't there. This is not the only time they have turned patients away without important medication for days while shaming them for it.

Pretty happy with staff and no real problems with stock. What I have found lately is that they have been shamefully cashing in ( price gouging ) during the Covid19 pandemic. This was for paracetamol, hand sanitiser and face masks. As a result I am looking at going elsewhere. Update: No longer going to use this pharmacy. I recently experienced an issue with my inhaler so took it in. I watched one of the assistants poke about the inside with an implement lifted from a worktop being used my numerous members of staff. Then the assistant disappeared from sight for approximately 3/4 minutes claiming she had fixed it. I asked if everything had been sanitised which she confirmed everything was safe and they take that aspect very seriously. Aye, right. I left and just knew it hadn't been sanitised given the example I had just witnessed so done it myself. Doing this I noticed I hadn't been given my own back. It was a scrubby marked and damaged replacement which didn't have the counter to observe the doses left. Won't be back.

I popped in one time and was told by a member of staff the my usual pharmacy was not good and I should change to them for prescriptions. It was closer and so I did this. The 1st time - they couldn't complete the order on time (it happens so I was ok to go back). 2nd time they couldn't complete the order so again I was asked to go back. When I went back I was told rudely - "we can't get it - you will have to use something else". I asked what to do & he said I would have to go back to my GP to get something else. When I spoke to my GP he pointed out what they should have told me - that some pharmacies have deals with particular companies and are limited to certain suppliers. Smaller independent pharmacies are not tied to certain companies and have more options. I went back to my old pharmacy and got the medication. I will literally go the extra mile to my original independent pharmacy for friendly, good and reliable service. The rude guy left me worried that I could no longer get this medication because it was no longer available! That is unnacceptable.

No idea why there's a review saying they look down on addicts/those on drug related prescriptions?? This is absolutely not the case at all!! Every single one of them has been nothing but lovely to myself and my family, not once have we felt looked down upon! Always fast and prescription always spot on. Gutted we had to move chemist!

I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years to pick up my prescription medication. There has never been an issue in my case - staff were effective and polite and waiting time was always short. It's just a regular no-frills pharmacy, but it always met my needs.
