   Closed at the prime time of the day 1-2pm and this is not advertised on their opening hours. Why close when everyone is on lunchbreak? And, also closed at the same time as the only other pharmacy on the street!

   The waiting times here are unacceptable. I've ben told there would be “a five minute wait” on more than one occasion, but have been left waiting over half an hour with no updates, standing around in the hope the next prescription is mine. To make matters worse, on one occasion the prescription was already prepared and in storage (not being prepared as I was told), making the delay completely unnecessary. Clear communication and accurate times would solve this, but sadly that hasn’t been offered. There were similar concerns from otjer customers in the store. I’ll be moving to another pharmacy. Very disappointing from Boots.

   Dont ever normally post negative comments but as I'm sorry to , I felt the need to on this occasion hopefully it will help improve service with customer feedback !? Website says 5pm close yet I literally had the door just closed in my face from a male shop assistant saying "we're closed now " !! Not , 'sorry but we're closing or we close in 5 mins " !! Only needed to pick up a repeat prescription which would've only taken the time to their actual closing time. LOVELY. Thank you for fabulous customer service. ...I don't think

   The branch is too busy and therefore service can be slow. This branch is too small for the quantity of customers that visit and number of prescriptions to dispense, they really need a larger unit or should consider changing the layout to create a waiting area. Queue’s often go outside as cannot fit in the store. It took three visits over three days to get the prescription we needed. There can be quite a bit of chaos due to the shop being so small, staff have to run between front and back to check deliveries, it can take a while to find things. I think a refurbishment would make things a lot simpler for the team. Note: not easy to park outside this branch.

   Extremely unhelpful. My daughter was ill and went there first thing in the morning to buy something the GP had recommended. It was something over the counter, but because she's not just 6 they told me they couldn't sell it to me. Even though she is the right weight and GP advised it. They just refused. I shouldn't have asked for their advice finding it at all. I ended up just going to Waitrose and getting it there. I still don't understand why they refused to help me. I won't be going there anymore and will tell what happened to anyone who asks, so that they choose any of the other nicer and more helpful options that Morningside has to offer.
